Big shoutout to Larry today! I had a small order issue and called. I spoke with Larry, the manager, who was extremely polite and made up for the issue with a comped meal. He personally greeted me and handed me my food once at the drive-thru and gave me a complimentary drink. Excellent service! Because of his service, I'll likely continue to support this location.
I ordered online. The food wasn't ready on time. Thirty minutes later, my order was wrong. They were out of coleslaw, didn't mention it, just gave me my food. When I asked about the slaw, they just shrugged and said we're out. If I hadn't paid online I would have left and left the food
Love Zaxbys!! You can't compare it to a Chick-fil-A because what they offer is different. Love the taste & the chicken is actually crispy. Now they've added lemon pepper to the menu, im in trouble lol 😉
