Rock City’s Big Rock Grill

Went in expecting the menu posted here and instead it is food you can get at a gas station. Don't recommend having lunch at Rock City. Eat in Chattanooga before you go up the mountain. Highly disappointed. We wanted a great burger because that's what is posted on the menu ended up eating a corndog instead.

Food was nasty very little for the price made us buy a meal with 2 sides just for a drink people taking our order were very quiet food has been sitting in a pot not fresh at all

Rock city is amazing, where else can you see 7 states? If you are visiting Chattanooga you will regret not going to Rock City it's so beautiful.

Very friendly staff! Chewie was very fast and helpful! Food is good for a quick bite to eat. Would recommend swinging by before or after the gardens. Thank you Rock City!

I expected a little more of a fancy spot since it was located inside of rock city gardens but it was still worth the stop. They have “cirrhosis fries” if you know what I’m talking about. If not, they’re the best fries you can get.

You had to ask for and pay extra for the cheese on a menu item named "cheeseburger." Otherwise, it's exactly how you remember this pllace from your childhood

The food was extremely overpriced, and just quite frankly it was disgusting. Fries were good though.

The staff on the other hand, The red-headed young lady at the register was an absolute sweetheart and very friendly and helpful.

Staff gets a five star, restaurant gets a two-star.

Took forever to get food people who order same stuff after us got theirs way before us then when got order was wrong. One lady was waiting forever for a salad. Another guy they forgot his fries. Soda seemed kinda flat. Burger was ok but kinda pricy

I ask for a classic, but they keep giving me a chicken sandwich and the taste isn't that great, so I go eat somewhere else.

Not ideal place. Practical but the floor is dirty and the food is not of good quality. In the parks some expect the food to not be gourmet, however it is far from being tasty. Burnt chicken nuggets and french fries, the oil is obviously not ok.
