Very upset, my order was poorly made. I ordered a medium caramel frappe, extra caramel. I never asked for coconutmilk and that's what they gave it and apart from everything, it still includes the tip. ?

Horrible service, we had to wait about 30-40mins on line because there was only “kids” working no adults or supervisor, they were just playing around, talking, touching their face and hair while making drinks when clearly there was a long line waiting and I know it gets busy because of where it is located which I think supervisors should pay more attention to the service.

What a view! This Starbucks is absolutely beautiful, perfect location as well. Whether you're needing that morning pick me up or after hike energy this Starbucks has you covered! We went right after our Rock City experience and it was so comforting to take a seat and just reminisce the beauty we just indulged. It can get quite busy - definitely keep in mind that you might have to wait a tad longer due to high traffic due to the prime location on weekends especially.

Been going to this starbucks MANY times and always given military discount until today. Worker claimed they do not give that discount. At least five other workers gave it and this one did not and said ALL the others that gave it to me were wrong. Seems that she is right and all others are wrong and then add attitude as well.
So much for southern hospitality..... went in right before closing and they wouldn't sell me a collectors mug because she was ready to leave ... didn't even want coffee ... would've been an easy sale.
