I imagined the view of the mountain would have been better but the iced chai latte was delic.
Probably the nicest SB I've been to and I've been to many!! Great service and atmosphere. Plus the views!!
Super disappointed that this particular Starbucks does not offer the full menu. That’s one of my biggest complaints with Starbucks. It blows my mind that all locations don’t follow the same standards.
That said, it’s a great location. Really cool spot, and if you enjoy history, check out the pictures on the wall. This building was an old gas station for nearly 100 years.

A major complaint is that this particular store does not offer the full menu, which is disappointing for some. However, the atmosphere is a standout feature; it is clean, peaceful, and described as a "really cool spot" with a "cosy" sitting area reminiscent of a local coffee shop. A fireplace provides an intimate feel, and there are plenty of spots to feel completely alone, including a perfect alcove for a study group and a larger table for collaborative workspace. The building itself is historic, having been an old gas station for nearly 100 years, with interesting pictures on the wall.
The service is described as amazing and friendly. One individual named Birch provided awesome service by exchanging a drink that was not on par. The food is delicious, specifically the grilled cheese on sour dough and the chai tea. The Mango Dragonfruit Refresher was a daily delight, and the coffee was perfect for a walk around Rock City. The window seating overlooks the gardens, and the merch selection is huge, including mini mugs. Parking is easy to find behind the location.
