I had a great experience at this location. I was served by a wonderful individual and my food was out in no time! The food was delicious, I got the grilled cheese on sour dough and it was amazing!! My chai tea was also on point, I highly recommend stopping in if you’re up seeing rock city and want a refreshment or a quick bite before or after going in.

Small Starbucks with a few outside seats near the street. Overall clean and good offerings but the service is not great.
After further inquiry, 8min for a chai latte and then the wrong size.
Overall acceptable, but I know better ones

I popped in during a scorching hot (nearly 100°F) afternoon, ordered a large caramel frap, and took shelter inside for an hour. The baristas were on fire, slinging drinks rapidly and keeping a packed line moving. This volume of customers would have caused another Starbucks location to be overwhelmed, but this location handled it like it was just another day. I wish I remembered their names, because both baristas deserved raises/praise.
