Took about 15 minutes to get our food from drive thru. Other people who ordered after got their food first. Wasn’t crazy either, just small meals for 2 people.

This is the worst service ever provided in a drive through. Ordered 4 meals. After every request, all we received was “uhhhh what else do you need”.
Excuse me. Just BBQ sauce the was forgotten in the bag.
The tea is terrible and the people need a lot of training.

My husband and I stopped here for a late lunch while traveling through the area. This was some of the best fried chicken and tenders I have ever eaten. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our order. We had to wait, maybe 5 minutes, for the tenders, but well worth the wait. The biscuits were warm and delicious. I wish this Popeyes were closer to where I live. Special shout-out to Pearl, the employee who took our order, she was awesome!

I went to the service window, and instead of taking my order, the employee started chatting with her coworkers. I had to repeat my order about four times because she wasn't listening. When I finally got her attention, she took my order very angrily, turned away, and made a noise of annoyance. I don't understand why people work in jobs that require dealing with the public—where you need to show respect to customers rather than giving them attitude or snapping at them—especially since everyone, including her, expects good service.

Ordered on line then was told I had wait 3 hours because they was serving breakfast, they shouldn't have taken an order on line they couldn't fill, and the people that work there are not friendly at all. I love Popeyes, but this one is horrible!

I've seen a lot of bad reviews on here but I'm here to say that we came inside in this restaurant is very clean and the staff did an excellent job of taking care of us! We got a family meal and it was super great!

I asked for hot sauce almost got it but manger told the cashier it was already in the bag even though I showed them it was only ketchup In my bag I don't understand why I can't get hot sauce at a chicken spot...
I was discussed by the way the manager on Thursday evening at 7 pm April 2 was interacting with the young ladies in front of customers. Making customers wait while the continuously yelled back and forth. The flirting and yelling back and forth was annoying, rude and immature. The young lady serving the counter would make rude comments. The manager even chased the window server around back. It was like sitting and watching a bunch of kindergarten children. The service was extremely slow. Myself and another couple watching the crap go on,both agreed we'd never come back. I even told the gentlemen manager he was a horrible manager. I would never allow my employees to act this way if I had a business like this.

Do not order online unless you want them to lose your order. and if you go in person, make sure you have time to wait. Decent food but service seems inexperienced.

i’ve never wrote a review in my life but they need a manager who can open his mouth and communicate to customers that there will be a wait, that they are out of things, zero everything & attitudes were disgusting!

Attempted to dine in on 18 Jan. No customers were currently in line nor dining in the restaurant. We waited for 10 minutes and none of the staff acknowledged us nor offered to take our order. What a shame.
