Veterans Day we were told they aren’t apart of corporate so we have to pay and the manager was very confrontational and condescending about it I’m a 30 yr vet and felt disappointed and disrespected the manager also threatened a customer in front of me for saying last year food was free for veterans I will not be going back and I would advise any veteran to refrain from this location if we can be so blatantly disrespected on Veterans Day of all days

If I can get a zero I would horrible customer service
They need to fire everybody and rehire

Ashley cooked my wings best wings I’ve had at any BW this is my second time at this location I’m very impressed everyone was friendly restaurant is super clean , definitely a repeat customer I give them 10 stars

I requested my food be prepared at a certain time and it wasn’t respected so my food was lukewarm..I asked the young lady if it had been sitting long and she said Yes, so….

I am reading the comments and there is an issue with the manager/leadership at this location. We went into that location and 1. they give us broken straw, I asked for another, ok fine, 2. They defaulted and gave me ranch and I wanted blue cheese, 3. I asked for a water cup they don't offer water cups, 4. I asked for more napkins because they gave me 2 napkins for 16 wings. Now this resturant strips everything down to bare mininum where you have to ask for every single item in order to eat there. They they want to have an attitude when you ask for everything they should have outfront. The attitude of the employees is like why are you asking me to do my job because I am busy. Then when you speak to the manager she disregards your compliants and ignore the problems as if the customer is the problem. I am placed a phone to cooperate office and there are other compliant about the manager here and just not sure why something has been done. I am waiting on a phone call as we speak

I visited this location for the first time today for my birthday wings. The lady greeted me with a smile. I asked for suggestions about the wings. She mentioned lemon pepper. They wasn't too salty. They were hot and delicious!!!! I have found my new wing spot. Thanks for great customer service!!!! I will see you again.

My experience today On August 23rd Was a less than satisfactory experience. I had an argument with the so-called manager I’m not sure what her name was. A young lady. She was very rude when I asked about people watching games, And made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. After feeling this way, I decided to watch her make my food, Which she had a problem with and then confronted me, asking if I wanted a refund because I was staring at her. I declined and asked for her to make my food, and she continued to argue back-and-forth with me and offering a refund that I had not requested. I have not eaten at Buffalo wild wings in the past 15 years and wanted to make this a really nice experience for my self, Unfortunately, This was not the case today and I don’t think I will be back to this location.

I ordered wings at this location and the customer service is fantastic. Ashley and her team took my order, kept me informed on how long it will take. The atmosphere was fresh and clean as well as the music that played in the background. It was a wonderful experience. I definitely will be returning in the future.

I ordered some food around 12:30 after midnight and since they close at 1 AM, they had already stopped taking online orders. When I put in the order it said it would be ready 10 AM when they open again. The employee working refunded me at that moment but I came in the next day to confirm. I spoke with Ashley and she was OUTSTANDING. She understood the issue and contacted the employee to make sure I was refunded and still gave me the order and a drink. Ashley went above and beyond. S/O to ASHLEY for providing GREAT customer service. The food was amazing!
