I love Panda Express. There are always so many delicious items to choose from. There was food being freshly prepared upon arrival. The staff was very pleasant and the restaurant was clean. I am very pleased with the service I received.

There was piece of metal in my hot orange chicken and when I called to let them know about it the two employees that I spoke to on the phone were very unhelpful and acted like I was lying about it. I will definitely not return to this restaurant because lack of concern for the customer and for not taking responsibility for their mistake.

I came to this Panda Express location in Lovejoy with my family around 9:35 PM. The posted closing time clearly says 10:00 PM, but when we arrived, all the doors were already locked, and the food had been put away. We were really disappointed — we had our hearts (and stomachs) set on Panda Express. If the store isn’t going to honor its posted hours, it should be updated to reflect the real closing time. This experience was frustrating and left a bad impression.

The manager here is extremely rude. She needs to be the example for her employees, demonstrating customer service skills. She doesn’t greet you when you walk in, she speaks to her employees like complete trash. I’ve witnessed this twice. I had to write a review because I was hoping when I came back, she would have a better demeanor. Coming from a background in management in food and beverage, I’m appalled at how she was offered this position. I will be calling corporate next. She refused to give me the store number, corporate number or her name. Such a shame because my family loves Panda Express but I will not be returning.

I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp, which is a premium entrée with an additional charge. Unfortunately, when I got to work and tried it, the shrimp tasted undercooked and the batter was soggy and mushy — definitely not up to Panda Express standards. I called the restaurant right away to let them know the quality was unacceptable. They asked me to return, so I came back after my shift.

When I arrived, the woman I spoke to — who I believe is the manager — showed no empathy or apology for the issue. I dine at various Panda Express locations and know how the Honey Walnut Shrimp is supposed to taste. I asked to exchange it for the steak and shrimp entrée instead. She reluctantly agreed but intentionally gave me only two shrimp and a small portion of steak.

It was disappointing to be treated this way, especially by someone in management. Customer service training may be needed here, as no one should be made to feel like they’re asking for a favor when simply requesting properly prepared food.

My order of crab Rangoons were horrible. Torn open. (I opened the bag to show) This is exactly how they came in the bag. I've attempted to call the facility no answer.
