There was piece of metal in my hot orange chicken and when I called to let them know about it the two employees that I spoke to on the phone were very unhelpful and acted like I was lying about it. I will definitely not return to this restaurant because lack of concern for the customer and for not taking responsibility for their mistake.

I came to this Panda Express location in Lovejoy with my family around 9:35 PM. The posted closing time clearly says 10:00 PM, but when we arrived, all the doors were already locked, and the food had been put away. We were really disappointed — we had our hearts (and stomachs) set on Panda Express. If the store isn’t going to honor its posted hours, it should be updated to reflect the real closing time. This experience was frustrating and left a bad impression.

The manager here is extremely rude. She needs to be the example for her employees, demonstrating customer service skills. She doesn’t greet you when you walk in, she speaks to her employees like complete trash. I’ve witnessed this twice. I had to write a review because I was hoping when I came back, she would have a better demeanor. Coming from a background in management in food and beverage, I’m appalled at how she was offered this position. I will be calling corporate next. She refused to give me the store number, corporate number or her name. Such a shame because my family loves Panda Express but I will not be returning.

I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp, which is a premium entrée with an additional charge. Unfortunately, when I got to work and tried it, the shrimp tasted undercooked and the batter was soggy and mushy — definitely not up to Panda Express standards. I called the restaurant right away to let them know the quality was unacceptable. They asked me to return, so I came back after my shift.
When I arrived, the woman I spoke to — who I believe is the manager — showed no empathy or apology for the issue. I dine at various Panda Express locations and know how the Honey Walnut Shrimp is supposed to taste. I asked to exchange it for the steak and shrimp entrée instead. She reluctantly agreed but intentionally gave me only two shrimp and a small portion of steak.
It was disappointing to be treated this way, especially by someone in management. Customer service training may be needed here, as no one should be made to feel like they’re asking for a favor when simply requesting properly prepared food.

I got extremely sick with food poisoning after I ate here..
The little old lady doesn’t seem to like to greet black people upon my observation while sitting inside eating the food that would ultimately give me food poisoning for the SECOND TIME .. I absolutely will not be returning the first time I let it slide , but they have completely lost me as a customer .. within a few hours of me eating here I had diarrhea , chills and was throwing up profusely . I am very disappointed . This used to be my go to , NEVER AGAIN 🤮

This Panda Express used to be our go to location in McDonough GA. However the last few times I've been trying to get an order. They are either out or will not be ready for 8 - 10 min. While Panda employees or managers are eating/ refilling their food containers behind the line. While other people are waiting on their food. So No family meal ordered from this location.... Still was waiting on food to be cooked!
