Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

Wings were incredible! Juicy and the drumsticks were thick! Usually they are good about the fries...but instead had a basket full of tiny scrap pieces. Other than that, wings were on point!

Frozen fries??? Terrible. The fries were the only reason I went to Wingstop over other wing places. They have lost a customer.

The wingstop manager in Hewitt TX is absolutely dreadful with how she treats people. She screamed at me and kicked me out of the store when I was there to pick up an order for a customer. I didn't do anything wrong. Shame on you Wingstop for putting such an abusive person in a leadership role. Her conduct reflects on your reputation.

Two weeks ago I ordered food online through the wingstop app and it stated the food would be ready approximately 15-20 minutes. I decided to go up there after 25 hoping to recieve my food, but the cashier, a brownskin short lady told me it was about a 45 minute wait. After 20 minutes I still had to wait longer!!! I received my cup and noticed black spots in it what appears to be mold. I quickly threw my drink away and notified others in the buliding. I was highly dissatisfied and will be making a report!!! This place also does not use gloves and has flies flying around everywhere!!!!!!

terrible service terrible customer service terrible food. I recommend nobody order food here this Wingstop is always the worst. I shouldn’t have trusted it . I just wasted $22.87 on some 10 piece wings. The fries was burnt. I ordered from Uber eats I may review they deleted my photo for Uber eats cannot give me my refund and I hope this place get what they deserve. let me bring it down what happen so I ordered from Uber eats the 10 piece boneless wings platter with the fries and a drink. They said they was out of the drink.or The drink machine was down so they gave me a bottle of water cause they call me the lady the was picking up my order. She calls me. I said that it’s fine so she got here. I looked at my food. The fries was old n burned it was like the bottom of the bag. The boneless wings was half a meat not any a full wing and it was crumbs and it was hard like it just rushed it and put it in the thing so I called up there spoke to the manager. The girl was on the phone before was rude as hell. I talked to them and I said can you make my food over again? it’s not right. He’s still going back-and-forth n just took my food n place it in the on the counter, the lady that was on the register was still being rude and I realize that is the same lady that was on a call with me that was being rude to me and then not trying to hear what I have to say so I asked them for a refund that he still have attitude saying you’re not gonna get a refund you can’t get a refund. You don’t get a refund from the app so all I say is this is the worst place to order your wings from they need to be reported to health services because the wings that they gave me and the frosted they gave me was so terrible and it was not edible and it’s a shame. I had to go up there and try to fight to make my food over again.

Im gonna start off with the wait time was 20 minutes and i only got a 10 piece and fries. Their drink machine was down and there were flies flying all over me while i was there. They charging me extra for everything. I may be wrong but i never been to a wingstop that dont give you ranch for free. I would get it if i got an extra ranch but i didnt even get one. And since the drink machine was done she said she couldnt charge me for a combo and ended up charging me more than what a combo would be!! Im never coming back to this location again cause i get the same thing at any other wingstop for cheaper than this!

Worst experience at a fast food restaurant. Service was slow, employees did not wear gloves, and there were roaches crawling around on the floor. There was no sense of urgency to make orders in a timely manner. Do not go here!!!!!!
