“I ordered online, but I forgot to customize the chicken sandwiches. I am allergic to mayonnaise! I called the Popeyes restaurant and spoke to a very cordial, highly cooperative young lady. She made the change to my order. When I arrived to pick it up, I found out her name is Janessa. She is a wonderful asset to Popeyes. She got my order correct and now I don't have to worry about my allergy. Not only that, the place was immaculately clean. Thanks, Janessa! Thanks, Popeyes!“
