DONT MOVE HERE The worst place I've ever stayed. I lived here for 3 years, if I were to renew my lease it would've been my 4th. Long story short my upstairs neighbor has been having parties for a year. The apartment is cheaply built and walls are super thin. The road noise from the stop sign near by is intense from the thin walls, you will never sleep in from the industrial trucks, motorcycles, loud car engines and music. The property management are not helpful, they will tell you keep calling the police when you're having repeated problems with a neighbor because even though it's in the lease that we have a courtesy officer, this property does not. It's affected my peace, my health and now my property because the person flooded APARTMENTS. Hid it until it spread to other apartments then we called late night maintenance. If you send an email you have to wait 15 business days for a reply. The demographics of the apartment has changed. There is toilet water on everything and I'm sure there will be mold. I requested to be released, I offered to pay for my release and they're still going to put it on my credit, I wouldn't recommend it if you would like peace in your own home. The laws are already stacked in their favor, find a more peaceful place please.

Great coffee. And they carry non-dairy options, which is a must in my eyes.

My favorite coffee shop in the Atlanta metro area! They use one of my favorite coffee roasters -Counter Culture and they know how to make very good coffee drinks. If you are a fan of flavored coffee drinks they make their own syrups in house and do a really good job. A very friendly team working here and it’s always a pleasure to visit. If in the area, check it out.

It’s the lobby of the apartment complex where they are trying to get people to sign up for an apartment. It’s not great. Service was friendly that was the highlight.

Great service, pretty clean, spacious restroom, available outlets, a few one or two person tables, and a few community tables and booth seats. Professional office environment, don't rely on quiet here.

Pretty decent if you're wanting something quick and don't want to go far.

Just OK. I love the location right by the river, and this place has easier parking than the Akers Mill location, but the service was very meh, when I asked for creamer, he just handed me a gallon of whole milk lol whatever but if you’re gonna charge 5 bucks for a tiny cup of cold brew which costs nothing to make, at least give me atmosphere and friendliness, it was just not very inviting and very miserable energy

Just checked this spot out.

It is located within an Apartment complex. I was able to parallel park on the side of the road across the street from the coffee shop with no problems.

There was a gentleman working. He was nice enough. I opted for the lavender oat milk latte (hot) with an apple muffin. He advised the muffins are not made in house but by a local bakery. My total was a little under $12.00.

There was nothing memorable about the drink or the muffin. I think this is more suited for the people who live in the area. I don’t see a need to drive her to enjoy coffee. You can find comparable coffee anywhere in the city.

The good- the decor is nice. There were a decent amount of people working. As such, I guess it’s a good spot for those working remote and seeking a different environment.

This is probably my favorite coffee shop now in the country! First is because of the food, second is because of the people! Special mention and shout out to Aaron!!! I know what a good customer service is, and Aaron is the epitome that everyone in the industry should replicate. He is knowledgeable with the products they have to offer and he is friendly to all customers. The Venezuelan food is incomparable! This was Aaron's recommendation and he is 100% accurate. The bread is stuffed with meat and the sauce blends with it to perfection. Chattahoochee will do no wrong with promoting this guy (and I hope they do). I am visiting from another state, and this coffee shop here in Georgia will be forever in my list of places to visit. ❤️☕
