This Floyd Road location in mableton is exceptional. I go to Chipotle's all over the Metro area and seldom my order fulfilled this well. All the ingredients were balanced out, good portion sizes and it didn't look like they threw it together carelessly. I generally pick up here it's ready at or before the quoted time and even right in the middle of the lunch rush, I'm greeted by somebody behind the counter and taken care of pretty quick. I always get smiles and thank yous, which is really appreciated, and unfortunately not as common as you would think. Great job folks!???

Terrible, terrible service, this guy with dreads and nappy facial hair was on duty that evening. I live right down the street but left there and went to the E. W. Connector and was done right. The guy who was on duty seemed like he did not want to be there. He was not pleasant to talk. I wanted my visit to be pleasant so I left.

Very nice, new location, but I think training is lacking. Both times I have eaten here the food has been WAY too salty. The second time I wasn’t even able to finish my burrito. Additionally, they don’t know how to roll burritos here. They are an absolute mess. Hopefully it improves in the future, but I would skip this location for now.

Nancy is very rude and lacks customer service. Her listening skills are trash and she acts like she hates her job. She yelled and screamed at me when I asked to speak with a manager because of her hateful treatment towards me. The manager doesn't have a backbone and cares more about being her friend than a subordinate. Her allowed her to loud talk me without interjection or correction. Eventually he asked her to step away once I questioned him if this was the proper way to deal with a frequent, paying customer. He really did not want to deal with the situation so I asked for the number to corporate. When I asked for the rude employee's name, Nancy began repeatedly yelling, "Do not give her my name!" Then approached me again with yelling and screaming. I told her to stop talking to me since the manager did not. I called the customer service line yesterday to report the matter but no one has gotten back to me. Therefore, I am writing thus review. I wish I had not spent a penny here! I will not be back! I will continue to drive a little further to the one on the East-West Connector.
