Service was good. But food was horrible.
Burger tasted like it came out of a microwave.
Onion rings were soggy

Food is typically hot and good for what it is. Today everything was dry (biscuit and hash brown were hard) and lukewarm at best.

I waited for 12 minutes and drive-thru the young man didn't give me no receipt back or my debit card my order was missing two items, I'm assuming what was supposed to be the manager asked me when I walked in what was the problem with that I need and when I explained it to her she cut me off in the middle of me talking about my order it was my first time here and look like what appears to be will be my last for them to be fully staffed the way they were this morning I should not have to wait 12 minutes and drive through for All these mistakes to be happening and the snow storm haven't even came smh

This particular location is nasty. They are eating with the same gloves they make your food with. I left not only because it was nasty but they never acknowledged me and the person I was with so we could get something ordered. That was clearly God keeping me from eating at this nasty establishment. With nasty looking coworkers that clearly lack customer service skills. Very sad. I would buy breakfast here if it was a full $1 menu.

The line was the shortest I've ever seen it. It took me 25 minutes to place my order and get out of the drive-thru. Then my chicken was cold on my biscuit with a hot biscuit wrapped around it. The guy in the window looked clueless. Customer service needs to get better.

Second time I ordered an extra 2 eggs with my platters and only received 2 eggs. You can see I was charged for the extra eggs and not only that they charged me for an extra added egg which equals out to 5 extra eggs which you will see on the receipt as well. You can see in the photo of the food that there was only 2 eggs that were made. When I go to other Martins locations they have more eggs and 2 slices of cheese to prove the extra added eggs to the platter. I do not have time to go back to the restaurant for them to correct the order, just pure inconvenience and lack of consideration.

Hands down the filthiest establishment in Georgia. Nasty employees, questionable hygiene, and what appears to be multiple food-safety violations. I genuinely wouldn’t let my dog eat here. Eww. Yuck. Hard pass.”

The person running the drive through window on Saturday 18th at 12:15 was extremely mean & rude when ordering and getting food at window. No thank you, no have a good day or anything. All with an attitude and almost tossed the food at me after I waited several minutes for my order. I’m at a loss on how Martins could employee someone so disrespectful. Next time Ill skip this location. Hiring standards need to be evaluated for this location.

Just ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit… I was given a sausage egg and cheese on a HAMBURGER BUN!!! are you kidding me? All you had to do was say “we are out of biscuits” I was charged full price for a hamburger bun that cost 20¢???? I will never be back.

Wish I would've read the reviews first 🤮 The restaurant is dirty, food is gross, undercooked, and greasy. How??! And the portions are not worth the price at all. Save your time and money.
