If I could give negative stars I would. I decided to try Martin’s for the first time today at their morrow location, I pulled in at 9:07 and ordered by 9:10. I sat in the same spot at the drive thru until 9:39. This was unacceptable. No movement or anything. I’ll never be back. I would rather get diagnosed with terminal cancer than give this place another opportunity to gain my business. Go F*** yourselves.

Only time was food was good was when manager made it because I asked for my burger to be well done. Other times it was horrible. I tried breakfast and lunch. The link sausages were not browned. The sandwich was only warm. My burger at lunch was not fully cooked. I had to ask specially for sliced onion and to cook well done. Ham on my biscuit was very dry tough and looked old. I believe it was sitting out long time

Have driven by this place for years and thought I needed to try it. What a mistake. Place is dirty and unkempt, food presentations are less than appetizing and taste worse. Don't waste your time going here. Should have gone to the Waffle House next door.

I am revising my previous review. This morning Sunday the 22nd of September I arrived at Martin's on Mableton Parkway. I sat out in front of the menu outside in the Drive-Thru for about 5 minutes. Which is an eternity at a drive-thru. Apparently the individual wearing a headset for the drive-thru was engaged in a phone conversation at the register. She might have been putting money in the cash register. Not receiving any response from the drive-thru kiosk I proceeded to the window. After an additional 3 to 4 minute wait the individual at the register open the window and told me I could not order at the window. Even though she ignored the alert from the drive-thru kiosk. I don't know if the store has just opened it was just before 8:00 a.m. I have been coming to that location for more than 30 years. Considering the individual was on the phone you might have thought you would have took my order at the window so that I could expedite my drive thru experience. This was a young black woman who had what look like metal on her teeth. So the summarize this individual gave me two indifferent customer service experiences. One her phone call was more important than acknowledging me at the drive-thru. And to add insult to injury sheet made me drive through the drive-thru in order to place my order again at the kiosk or I could get out and come inside.

Really greasy, not much flavor in hash browns and bacon, I got an order and everything was fine but they charged us for 4 large hash browns when they only gave us 2. Needless to say I'm pissed

I don't know why but within the last year, every visit to ANY Martin's location has been an utter disappointment and it's the same issue every time. I have been 5x this year and today was the final straw. I stopped by mid break and got a chicken sandwich and pork chop combo, both sandwiches were COLD. Not even warm. The lettuce and tomatoes were the same temp as the meat and bread. Do I have to specify that I want my food at an adequate temperature? This is a health violation, I'm sure that my meats temp was within the 70-80 degree range when it should be 165. As someone who has done many food inspections, this should never be okay. It has happened 4/5 of my visits. I grew up loving this place and I continue to give it a chance but not anymore. Please do better. I don't live within 20 minutes to any location but when I see one, I always want to stop but I'm not a valued customer. After eating the sad cold chicken sandwich, I gave the other to my dog... He loved it.

I had a terrible experience at the mableton ga location, I asked for my breakfast in a to go tray, I was getting the breakfast mixer bowl add bacon she said it comes in a bowl. I told her that I don’t like my food touching.. she told me on Monday 7/22/24 I can’t get my meal in a to go tray she said that I will mess up her inventory.. I have it that way at every martins that I go too.. I will never eat at Martin’s again.. terrible customer service it was 10m that day
