We ate at Paco's last night for an early dinner, and I must say I was underwhelmed! I ordered the Paco's Nachos with chicken, and my husband ordered the same with beef. The serving size was appropriate; however, there was MAYBE 1/8 cup of chicken on one side of my plate. There was plenty of lettuce, refried beans, sour cream, and a very small slice of tomato.
