The Hispanic community have a true gem of a bakery. Don’t let the outside exterior prevent you from entering the establishment. The windows looked boarded up and we weren’t sure which door to go in. The parking lot was busy with patrons and we followed the crowd inside. Sticking with COVID guidelines, the clerk gave us a tray and tongs so we could help ourselves. The biggest problem was narrowing our choices. While we were selecting our goodies, they brought another tray out to replenish the bake goods. We settled on six bake goods and they were really good. It is great that the community has this place in their back yard.
