Great little spot for a bbq fix. Nothing fancy - it’s in the back of a gas station convenience store - but the que is solid. I had ribs which were nicely seasoned and cooked perfectly - not over, not under; just the right amount of bite to them. I also had the yams, which honestly bordered on too sweet for me, and I like things sweet. Unless you like REALLY sweet things, I’d try something different. This place is a hidden gem. I ordered the 2 meat plate: ribs and sliced brisket
The brisket was juicy, seasoned to perfection. The ribs were smoked and also very good - highly recommend taking home some of their house BBQ sauce as it pairs perfectly with the meats.
