I placed an order for pickup and then got back on I75. I realized they did not give me my whole order and called to ask for a refund for the missing item as I am not turning around now. They told me they cannot give me a refund since I did not pay at the restaurant, but instead paid through their website. He said he can’t give me a refund for money he “hasn’t seen.” What?! I paid through the link on their website! Even better, there is no where to ask for a refund on the website, or the confirmation email, so I have now lost my money for no reason.

As you can see, I ordered lemon pepper wings. I ordered extra wet and I was told that they serve extra wet. As you can see these wings are not wet Are they good? Yes, if you like butter lemon. Are they lemon pepper good? I’m afraid not. The bartender was nice but not accurate. Sorry y’all.

Took my daughter and five of her friends here for her 14th birthday. The food was excellent. The service could not have been better if you're lucky enough to get Hailey as your server, then you're lucky enough to get Hailey as your server. I've eaten at hundreds of places, but that was by far the best service I have ever had!

Yeah I’m not sure why the service was so POOR but I love Macon and I’ve never treated so disrespectful. My family of 5 ordered ahead of time (online) and took our meals to the waiting area. The waiting area is set up like ALL the other outdoor seating. Apparently that was an issue. The manager with braids was rude and spoke to us as if we were children. Telling us to clean up (before we opened to take out boxes) because we were in a waiting area. Along with the black girl at check in podium that didn’t want to tell us where the trash can was, SO WE COULD CLEAN UP OUR MEALS. Spent all of 20 mins here and we won’t be back.

Honey mustard chicken sub was amazing! Sweet chili wings tasted great but I couldn’t taste a hint of spice at all. Caesar salad was a large portion; very colorful & tasty. The lemon pepper wings were fried too hard and had to be sent back & the cheese pizza slice my baby ordered was burnt to a crisp.
Servers were well mannered and gracious. Everybody was very attentive. I just think the kitchen has to get it together a bit. Turn the timer down on the fryer and turn the heat in the oven down a tad.

Do not go here!!!!!!! They are very dishonest first thing first when you go in the inside in the bottom, they do not tell you that sitting on the rooftop is a fee. The manager there, Suzy Has a very bad attitude, And is very unprofessional. Me and my boyfriend split a pizza in half and only got two simple drinks and they charged us $40 altogether just to share with some drinks. It wasn’t even alcohol. They try to make excuses that there were fees and all this stuff but on the menu the large pizza it was only $24 and me and my boyfriend split it in half. They overcharge you here, especially with tax Then they try to blame it that their signs everywhere but at the end of day is still should’ve been communicated when we went in the inside of the bottom that there was a rooftop Fee. When I said, can we set up on the rooftop? I will never go to this place again.the manager Suzy hung up on my face and was very rude. They also charge you 3% for cards be careful of there hidden expenses
