The customer service was awesome; friendly and welcoming people there. if you love soul southern food this is the place to go. they will filled your plate to the max. the price is very reasonable as

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but there are so many better choices for a meat and two sides type restaurant that I don't understand why people eat here. I went on a Sunday and the place had a long line of customers getting their food to go. The dining room appears to be closed. Every surface in the place was filthy and the floors behind the counter must be greasy, because I saw one server slip and almost fall. I will sometimes ignore these things if the food is good, but it was not. Macaroni and cheese was overcooked pasta with Velveeta type cheese, collards lacked flavor, and rutabagas were good, but had a lot of pork fat in them. The people working there were very nice and I hope the management works on giving the place a deep cleaning and then maintaining it for the folks who are regulars and seem to love the food. I'm sure your customers will notice and appreciate it.

The food was ok, but comes at a high cost. My issue was the cleanliness of the place and how run down the restaurant is, as a former health inspector, I wanted to say something because the food service area was just dirty. Very dirty. Food stains on the walls speak volumes about the place.

The Meat choices nd food weren't the same as when I came to Georgia back in 2019, the quality changed.Food was just not the same this time around and I went there 2 times, just to be sure.I think the cooks are getting younger.

This is one of those places that you only Doordash. The food will serve its purpose when you are hungry. Its not horrible or amazing, but the atmosphere just kills it.It a location that only Macon Natives would love. I am born and raised here. I only tolerate it bc I hate seeing other business fail. Please don't invite out of town guest inside.You can't eat there. Literally, the bathrooms are out of order, well at least to customers.You should bring a business to better the community. Instead Anderson's is a mirror image of the community. It could be so much better, its just sad.

Decided to change my meat before the tall skinny girl fixed it and she had the worst, disgusting attitude as if was an inconvenience to her. She is rude and nasty and lask customer service on every level. I decided to change my mind way before she fixed my order. She threw the Styrofoam container down and rolled her eyes as she walked towards the cashier. At this point I knew the food would be unpleasant and it was! Collards were under cooked and lacked flavor, same with the meat, it wasn't seasoned and the mac and chesse was just as horrible. Lemonade was half decent. I won't return! & i would've left if it wasn't for family members patronizing and paying for my food.The cleanliness of the establishment is just as bad as the skinny girl demeanor. Carpet is dirty looking and several tables had crumbs. The skinny girl didn't wear a hair net, gloves or any sanitary components. Just nasty.
