Ridiculously slow service. Like, was the kitchen on strike?! Half the spinach dip chips seemed stale. Customers yelling back & forth inappropriateness at the bar. Manager standing there.
The Pepsi with grenadine tasted like tonic water AND had WAY too much ice. The basil soup had more croutons than tomato soup.
Even if the entree ordered wasn't bad, it took so long to get it, the dinner window slammed shut.
I think the waiter did his best given all the circumstances.

Our server, Gabe was excellent! Friendly brought our food wuickly and it was hot!!! Applebees never disappoints us. The hostess, April was very nice and seated us quickly and with a smile.

Our food was amazing but the best part of our visit was the hostess, April, who seated us and our server, Gabe. April was super welcoming and so nice. Gabe was amazing, attentive , & good with our children. The food for the kids was brought out 1st which was super helpful. Great experience and definitely recommended!!!

Stopped in off the freeway to get a bite to eat. Every inch of the bar top, in front of an empty seat was dirty. I ordered food, and then went to the bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting! My feet were sticking to the floor and every urinal and toilet was filthy. I can only imagine that the cooks and servers were using these disgusting bathrooms. I gave 2 stars because the bartender was nice enough to clean the bar top upon my request. But should I really have to ask??

My Husband's impossible patty wasn't properly prepared. 😔😔😔 He put the patty in the microwave. See before and after pics. The service was impeccable. 🙌🏾👏🏾🙌🏾👏🏾

I’ve ordered Applebees on DoorDash several times and each time I’ve had an item missing or several items missing. I once got zucchini and squash and they gave me green beans instead which I am allergic too. I selected for them to contact me if there was an issue with the order, they didn’t. 0/10 do not recommend ordering from them on DoorDash unless you want to talk to customer service and only get a partial refund.
Its been a while since I stopped at an Applebee's but you guys didnt disappoint. My children and I enjoyed.

Noodles were over overcooked for the pasta amd the bar tender is fairly new. She had a question about a drink recipe. The MANAGER had another employee to come out and tell her to google the recipe!

Worst experience ever 15 minutes wait for service and when my order was taken it took 30 minutes for the food to arrived. Food came out cold request for manager Jess came out didn’t apologize just asked did I want my food remade and walked off. Worst experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here ever. Current Time- 6:00pm 9/14. Also stated that she was short staffed and have some grace for her but none was given to me.
