I have visited at least ten different Applebee's locations in the southeast in my lifetime thus far, several of which I had been on many occasions during different years and swaps of staff, obviously including the cooks. This latest trip a couple of months ago passing through to the one in Macon was the best BY FAR I have ever experienced and that is by no means any sort of exaggeration. The staff was friendly, attentive, and swift to requests, the food was superb that my partner and I couldn't help but to roll our eyes in delight with each bite cooked beyond our expectation of flavor, the atmosphere was wonderful with peaceful, yet pleasant vibes perfect for a family outing or date-night ambience alike, the radio played various hits that we oddly enjoyed, and our waitress (I wish I could remember her name) was kind, carried on conversations with us, and friendly while being attentive. Absolutely want to return once we can to try other menu items by how delicious the food was prepared alone, even as leftovers it was fantastic and surely will be again! If you've never been to Applebee's, this one will surely be a meal to remember like it was for us, you won't be disappointed. If you have, then I'll bet this location will make you savor your family's familiar favorites in a brand new experience like none other!
I recently moved here from Alaska. In Alaska Applebee was a favor place to eat. I came here expecting to have great customer service. However, I received EXCELLENT customer. The entire staff were friendly, courteous and professional. The food was AlWays great. Thank you Riverside staff for welcoming my Alaskan family. A special highlight to Gabe and Rhonda for making our visit even more enjoyable. My daughter is unique and gets overwhelmed in crowed places especially when is too much going on. Those two servers may her feel at ease and comfortable. I don't take her to too many places to avoid her feeling overly stimulated. This is why Applebee's on Riverside Drive has become a very special place for us. It's not just about eating but fellowship. It's now my family's place to eat. Thank you Carlette Hoffman-Ratcliff

Came in yesterday I ordered salmon potatoes and Mac and cheese the salmon was dry the Mac and cheese was awful yall really need too due better I see some one else had the same issue yall still failed to make it right people work hard we expect to sit down and have a good decent meal
