This is the 2nd Apple Bees location I tried in Macon. Because even after having horrible service at the riverside location AND REACHING OUT TO THEIR CORPORATE. THEY STILL HAVENT RESPONDED. I ALSO tried the Eisenhower location instead. They literally served me COLD CHICKEN on a HOT SKILLET. After ordering an appetizer that they FORGOT to give me. They brought a hot skillet and I'm looking at the chicken like it looks raw. Because it was. It was freezing cold the only hot was the chicken. And when I told the waiter to feel what he was serving me. He said he couldn't. So if YOU WONT EVEN try it why would you SERVE IT TO ME?? Why am didn't the waiter know he was serving me cold food. The broccoli was the only thing cooked but with no butter no seasoning. And I've ordered the same meal everytime I come here. It's SAD they can't EVER get an order right. And if you look at my previous reviews you know I'm not lying. And telling me I do t have to pay for cold chicken that supposed to be hot doesn't fix anything!!! I'm still hungry and now have to go somewhere else after being in this place for an hour to be served COLD FOOD!! DO BETTER OR SHUT DOWN!. Bc ALL of the applebees I've frequented has passed poor customer service and subpar meals bc of the cooks & waiters and management.

I find it hard to believe that this is the only applebees in the state of Georgia that can't make anything on the entire menu for someone with a tomato allergy. It makes absolutely no sense that I would have to sit and watch my family have dinner because they can't accommodate a meal with no tomatoes per the waiter, do better!

Jamaica is awesome in every way possible. The food was amazing. Service was phenomenal. Anyone eating here needs to find out which two days Jamaica works, and come and see her.

The atmosphere was inviting. The food was average and the amount was lesser but cost more. Table and floor could have been cleaner. Waitress was accommodating. The hostess welcoming made you feel that the visit was going to be very enjoyable.Parking: Parking was easy to get to from the street, a little tight but plentiful

Food was good and hot! 12 min drive to work and the food was still warm which is something unheard of these days! Order was as requested. Service nice and friendly the only thing is the smell in the restaurant and the bathroom smelled even worse. I don’t know what it is about central Georgia restaurants but it seems to be a thing ewww.

The riblets were over done but the replaced than with a burger and didn't charge us. The server, Devon, was really good. He made sure we were satisfied with our order.

The server was a 5/5.However the time it took to get our food/drinks was very inconsistent. Bathrooms also needed more attention. Fix these problems and this Applebee's would've been a solid 4/5.
Very annoying when you are trying to eat and a bunch of drunks are being loud and obnoxious kinda hard to enjoy your food
