This Applebee's has always been very lad back. Some of the staff members that took care of me and my son family. was so great and friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Everything was okay except I would like for the seats to be a little tower for people like me. That has problems getting up.

I would rate a 0 if possible. This place was not packed out and we didn’t receive any service until about 20 mins. Then it took 10-15 more to get drinks. The food took over an hour and there was no sense of urgency with the employees. People standing around not noticing that multiple tables have not been greeted. When the food came out it was not the best, and then my kids got sick and we asked for to go boxes and it took 20 more minutes for me to have to go and ask someone at the bar and then they stood around and didn’t seem to want to get me any with other servers just standing there. Overall this service was horrible and I will not return.

My wife,12 year old son, 2 year old grandson and I decided to eat here on new year eve. The meal i had ordered after waiting 30 minutes plus wasn't available anymore, my wife's steak didn't have any taste. My 2 boys didn't even eat their pizza ( what kid won't eat pizza) the yogurt has strawberries which had a funny taste. We ended up leaving full plates on the table, wasn't worth the doggy bag. Server from New Orleans was very knowledgeable and friendly, great personality.

Absolutely horrible! And I actually really like Applebees. We ordered the 2 for $28 (Fiesta Lime Chicken) and Boneless wings. The wings HARD AS A ROCK! Like to the point where they weren’t even edible. The fiesta like chicken was cold like it had been sitting Tortilla chips mushy and rice hard! And I actually really like Applebees.
