We arrived to a crowd of people waiting at the entrance. The restaurant was almost empty with open tables everywhere. The staff were ignoring everyone waiting so we left after about 10 minutes.

I thought I would stop by on the way home to pickup dinner for my husband and myself, it wasn't busy at all at the time! Took about 10-15 minutes just to take my to-go order... finally 2 young ladies came from the back, one spoke up to say we're training someone tonight, I begin telling her what I wanted, she made a statement it will be a few minutes! 40 minutes later the girl that was training the young lady came back out and asked what did I order? I'm like whatl!? So I asked for the manager!!!! I don't normally complain, but this was one of those days, the manager came and apologized for the long wait! To make-up for the wait he would take 1/2 off, then I had to wait another 20 minutes! I'm done with Applebee's because it pre-prep food already!!! I'm like really

Dree provided fabulous service. The food was delicious she was so friendly- everyone down to the hostess Gloria. Even the managers came and spoke to our table. I accidentally pushed Extremely dissatisfied on the survey in the restaurant and wasn’t able to go back and correct it. Thank you so much for wonderful service and a delicious meal.

Our waiter was horrible. The food was horrible. They messed up our ticket and overcharged my card after I left. If I could read it zero I would. What really made the night horrible was the complete ignorance from all of the staff on simple orders and I came out to have a drink and something to eat because I was having a bad night and wanted to spend my money and feel good. I would never go back here again and I live very close.
