This is absolutely the worst Arby’s in middle Ga. Don’t go here. I had to repeat my order 3 times and even then they still did not get it right at all. The food was not good at all and looked like it was prepped poorly and fast just so they could get people moving. Don’t go here.

They have posted on the door the dining area is open till 10 pm it's only 9pm and they have the doors locked and the employee is sitting in customer view on their phone.

I got FOOD POISONING from you guys!!! I've been really sick tomorrow will be a week.... I ate there Mother's day... I called the manager and told her... She acted as if she didn't even care... Didn't even offer me my money back or ANYTHING! I've been a big fan if Arby's since highschool when I worked at the one on pionono Ave in the old building with Terry Favors. Im HIGHLY disappointed in Arby's... Like I said the manager kida acted like I was lying... I wish I was.... I've been soooooo sick this past week Ive actually thought I was gonna die!!! I wont be going to Arby's again... Your second attempt at trying to KILL me may be successful. I WANT MY $ BACK AND PLUS!!!!! I'M TELLING EVERYONE THAT I CAN!!! I had 2 Arby melts and loaded curly fries and a drink. Dont know which one of these items that tried to murder me! But Im highly disappointed ? in Arby's.... YOU WILL NOT KILL ME THIS TIME!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLUS SUFFERING! But I know Arby's will not do the right thing! I'll probably be ignored! But if a manager or employee got attempted murder on them " food poisoning" Im sure yall would take care of them! I just got out back on solid foods Friday.. which has been hard cause after I eat I have sharp cramps in my side... Im still suffering!!! Do yall care???? Arby's do yall really care??? PROVE IT! Im just a customer that has SUFFERED GREATLY! If u ever had food poisoning you can relate to my experience.... Have a great day and please dont try to kill someone else. I called seeking job, she kindly advised me to not call between busy business hours and to call about between the hours of 4pm and 5pm. I did that she took my information down and now I'm just waiting for a response. Perhaps my next step is to show up in person however that won't be recorded within this reviewing so stay tune well see if I get the job.

Spoke with someone just now on the phone at this location they were very rude and unprofessional. While at the drive thru I called inside to see were they still open someone answers the phone rudely with no kind of courtesy and tells me in a very rude and unpleasant tone to that I should call someone. Sir im telling you to simply let your managers and others know that someone should fix the timing online so future customers would know that this location closes at a certain time other than being rude about it to a potential customer
