Issue is the app not working. I had a BOGO listed on the app, but it wouldn't work. I also had a $5 of $25 on the app and it wouldn't work.
Not the fault of the sites, but Arbys needs to get their app straight. Don't put offers on there that won't work.

French dip, beef & cheddar, chicken sandwich, chicken cordon Bleu sandwich, crinkle fries. French dips were great as usual. Both chicken sandwiches were overcooked. Chicken was tough and stringy...which is unusual as Arby's chicken is usually very tender & juicy. Beef & cheddar was about normal. Fries were super good.

We went thru the drive thru. I think I took too much time at the menu but they were still so patient. We were asked to pull up and it started raining and she brought our food out anyways. Oh and the food was pretty good for fast food. The fries was hot. It all seemed fresh.

My jamoche shake was more like a vanilla shake with a swirl of jamocha flavoring. Tried showing that to the girl who gave me my order at the drive thru but she told me that is what a jamocha shake is. This has been my favorite Arby's shake for over 30 years never got one that looks like this before. My sandwich wasn't even warm enough to soften the cheese on my chicken, bacon, and swiss sandwich. But I wasn't interested in trying to bring this to their attention since they didn't seem to care at all about quality food and quality service.

*UPDATED MY REVIEW** GOT THE DEEP FRIED TURKEY GOBBLER SANDWICH. IT WAS GOOD BUT COULD HAVE USED MORE TURKEY. GREAT IMPROVEMENT
