I was the first (and only) customer when they opened. I've always loved Arby's, and (even though they make it incorrectly, with 1,000 Island dressing) I've been a HUGE fan of their Ruben since they first introduced it. But NOT this time - my Rueben had next to NO sauerkraut, and the EXTREME amount of dressing was literally RUNNING out of the sandwich as I tried to eat it. I would have sent it back for a replacement, but I didn't want to interrupt the frivolity taking place in the kitchen and behind the counter.

They even with a car load only except 2 coupons. They didn't sell anything because of this. Unhelpful and inconsiderate. Drove to McDonald's fed the same three people for $2 more. I can see why so many Arby's are closing. And yes I do like hobbies the too many times I didn't get what I expected and their prices are extreme for what they give. Roast beef sandwiches with coupon 3.50 with two pieces of meat. I guess that was for the 4 for 10. So there is no value I'm sorry Arby's you're losing me as a customer also.

By far the worst burger I've ever had. My mom ordered the new deep fried turkey sandwich. Both of our meals had old nasty lettuce. My burger was beyond dry and had a rubbery texture. Every time I decide to give any Arby's a try they always disappoint but this is probably the worst location I've ever had. 2 combos and a shake cost $30 for food that was barely even edible. Never ever again
