The workers were goofing off and .aking messes and laughing about it. I asked for a #2 half pound with a lemonade. He gave me a sandwich and a drink and said I didnt say a meal. I left and then noticed the kid didnt even give me straw. He didnt seem to care. Never going back.

Stopped by Arby's on the way home from a baseball tournament -- just wanted something quick and tasty. I got that and more! Drive thru service was fast. Aiden at the drive thru was very polite, easy to understand, and patiently answered my questions about the new steak bites. I decided to stick with my usual order -- the regular beef and cheddar combo meal. My sandwich was soooooo delicious, potato cakes were hot and crispy, and the jamoca shake was yummy! Definitely a 5 star visit.👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food is good I order online so that I don't have to hand them my debit card.. bag is usually taped shut which would make you think your order has been checked for accuracy. Third time in a row We have been missing an item . May be time to switch to the one on Forsyth road.

Very disappointed in the service. I came in at 2 o’clock this afternoon and there was nobody in line in front of me to place an order. It was over five minutes before somebody turned around and asked to take my order. There was plenty of time when the staff was waiting on the grill cook to fill their orders, but they never turned around to take mine. They could’ve taken mine while they were waiting. And they all saw me standing there. Wake up and think. I used to come in here regularly, but now I can go elsewhere just as easily. Where was the manager? I finally walked out.
