I wish I could rate the service less than one star. The server was rude. When I asked for condiments, he left the window went outside and was talking to his friend. My wife had to call to his friend to tell her to ask him to come back to the window. When he came back to the stared us as if he did not want to talk to us. Also the food itself was not fresh and the roast beef had hard spots as if it had been left out in the air. I have never been so disappointed with Arby's.

I usually come to this Arby's because the fo8is always hot and fresh. I live way off Zebulon Rd. Today, I was extremely disappointed. The fries were barely warm & chewy & mostly small bits and pieces of curly fries. My burger was tough, chewy & barely warm. My son's nuggets were ok. I'm pissed.

Ridiculously awful experience. Went through the drive thru because I got off work super late. All I ordered was a #2. The guy in the green hoodie Dec. 17th 7:30. Took my payment, handed me food and left the window. I sat there for at least 10 minutes waiting for him to come back to give me my drink. No one came to the window the entire time I sat there. So I drove back around to tell the person on the speaker. Sat there for at least another 5 minutes. Of course it’s the same guy that finally answered. He was completely unprofessional and I had no clue what he was saying. I finally drove around and got my drink the whole process too way too long and made for a really bad experience.

.... No Arby's sauce? Seriously, that was like going to the gas station and them not having gas. But, the cashier explained and made light of the situation and even offered sauce suggestions as replacement!

Pulled into the drive thru at 10:38pm. I under stand they close at 11. I just want a Beef and Cheddar. As I pull in, I see a vehicle at the window and another behind it. I’m thinking… great, I’ll be able to get some hot food! As I pull up to the menu board, an automated message comes up to tell me they’re currently closed. I literally watched the last car pull around the building so I know they just ordered. The service industry truly lacks service anymore. The signs say you close at 11!
