I've been a certified BBQ judge for over 2 decades. I ordered a pound of brisket. The smoke ring was more impressive than the flavor. The smoke flavor was almost imperceptible. The meat was also dry.They could use a lesson and customer service. I tried to add a bottle of water to my order and was told they had no bottles left. she said she could give me a cup of water. She Then asked fir $1.07. really After I try to buy a bottle you are going to charge me for tap.l. I'll tell you what customer service i...sattingers bbq. My son decided after I paid for lunch he wanted a soda. He ordered one and tried to pay and was turned down. They even offered him a refill. If I'm paying 16 for a lb og meat and you can't sell me a water bottle, try not charging me for tap.

The smoke ring was more prevalent looking then tasting. Customer service.... Well I ordered a bottle of water. She then told me she didn't have any left but could give me a cup of water. I said thanks and she said it's $1.07. Now I just spent $16 for brisket tried to pay for a bottle of water you have none and you want to charge me for tap water. Is that customer service. No it's not Earlier in the day my Macon bbq tour at satterfields after paying for my order, my son decided to then get a soda. He pulled out money and was told no just enjoy. They even offered him a refill. The polar opposite of the customer service at bl smoker. They should take notes

Good genuine ppl. Customer service needs help tho. My chicken was raw all the way through. I stopped because they black owned and one of the few bbq spots who smoke their meat. I’d say give them a try the cook was very welcoming and really a people’s person and you can tell they actually care about their customers.
