My husband and I ate here for the first time and it was so good. The bread was fresh and soft, the meatballs were amazing. The lady that took our order was very sweet and the guy making our sandwiches was very nice! We will definitely be going back!!

Staff is very rude the lady dropped a ticket in the trash grabbed it with no gloves on and didn't wash her hands then placed the ticket on top of someone's food...the food is way over priced and all the cups they gave me had stuff in it

For 2 days I ordered lunch from there. We were working across the street. Each time I would have to ask for the side I was told it came with. Each time the same guy said it's not on his ticket and he wasn't nice at all about it. And the second time one of the other staff hadto tell him I paid for it.

My daughter purchased the #19 whole steak and onions and #10 half tuna, these sandwiches are absolutely horrible, the bread on these sandwiches is inedible, it is dense, hard, and tasteless. What a total waste of $21.00 plus dollars.

I ordered wheat bread, guy used white. Ask for it the Baldinos way and didn’t have any tomatoes, onions, peppers. No vinegar per request. All around the server had a nasty attitude. I will drive to Augusta just for better service.

This place has the potential to make good sandwiches. However, I have been let down the last few times. My last visit was horrible. I ordered the veggie stir-fry, and the sandwich barely had toppings; I had to request more of what I had already asked for! I received push back from staff. Plus there was a piece of burnt steak on my veggie sandwich - I don't eat meat! I can go on and on about the sandwich. Next - I ordered six cookies - the chocolate chip cookies were hard as a rock! Very disappointed customer.
