Let's forget that every single thing about the outside of this business screens do not come inside I was desperate for something to drink as the emergency room drink machine was broken I stood there for 8 minutes while four different employees with really stupid looks on their faces would even acknowledge I existed so I gave up and went next door to Domino's and instead of buying just a drink I spent $57 in revenge money I hope barberitos goes out of business I have a feeling they will it's a really bad idea and extremely overpriced

First and foremost, during the late lunch timeframe (around 2pm) , I haven't had a problem with food or service from my visits here. The food is good and consistent in my opinion, and the service is also great at this location.
I also find this location much better than the Warner Robins location, despite that one being closer to home for me. Thus, when I'm in Macon and am in the mood for Barbs, I always make sure to stop here. Plus, the house vibe is very unique for a restaurant like this!
Finally, for those wondering about parking, the Navicent Red Deck is right next to this place, and parking there is free as long as you're parked there for less than an hour!

This location has become too inconsistent for me. When I first started frequenting it, the service and food were excellent. However, during my last two visits, the food was mediocre at best, and the service was fine but nothing over the top.
My visit last week was okay; I tried using my birthday reward but ended up getting charged even after scanning my QR code. I only know this because I basically had to beg the cashier for my receipt after doing tap pay. I always order a chicken salad, and while the chicken last week was a little juicy, it was still on the drier side. I didn’t expect much since it was later in the evening.
Today’s visit was disappointing as well. The quality of the chicken being served should be a cause for concern. I ordered through the app, hoping this visit would be better, but the chicken was charred beyond belief—it was honestly a waste of the double meat I ordered. I wasn’t expecting the chicken to be so tough to eat. I also paid for extra rice but received only a small splatter, as if someone had scraped the remnants off a spoon.
The only positive was that I had enough chicken to pick through to fill me up before the rest was thrown out. Both visits have confirmed that I need to give Barberitos a break until they can get it together.

The food was great and well done by the staff. They looked like they were getting ready to close with tea in pitchers and areas blocked off, and it was around 6;45. The parking is a struggle to find in the area and at the restaurant specifically.

Great to go order in person, horrible if you order online. The employees are friendly and the food is fresh, however, if you order using the app, double check your food. Twice in a row I’ve ordered queso dip on a bowl and it wasn’t there, which would be okay except that you have to pay for it.

Never been disappointed with the quality and quantity of food here. Great recommendations come from behind the counter for add-ons, and they always make sure you leave with a full belly! Friendly, helpful staff that make you feel welcome and are happy you're there.

We love Barberitos and have been to several different locations. This location lacked in several ways. They did not honor a free meal reward we had, they offer no kids meals and they charged us a full drink price for a small cup of water!! We unfortunately won’t be returning here.
