The staff is HORRIBLE!!! They will make your order wrong just because. Not once, but EVERY time you got there. Typical workers doing what they want, talking on the phone and generally contributing to a horrible experience. DO NOT GO!! … (edited) this location just gets worse. Lots of internal drama going on and horrible service. Girls can’t be professional AT ALL and it’s really uncomfortable going to this location. Bass Rd. location isn’t any better. Possibly worse service there. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

Came to this location HOURS ahead of closing time, to only be locked out. I went to the drive thru and was told to wait. There was only 1 car ahead of me whom I thought was waiting to pick up their order. After waiting 10 minutes in silence, I asked if anyone was there to take my order to no response. I gave up and decided to go somewhere else. As I was pulling around to leave, I saw the car I had thought was waiting to pick up their order, having a full fledged conversation with the worker. This just hasn’t been the first time I did not get serviced here due to the employees not wanting to do their job. They show ZERO desire to actually perform their job duties and think it’s social hour with their visitors. They have locked their doors in the past WELL BEFORE closing time saying they are “closed”.

Just tried to go at 8:45pm when they close at 10 and the doors were locked. Called and it rang and rang.

Went with my family at 9:00pm, lobby was closed, lights off and a paper taped to the glass telling me to go to the drive thru. We said ok, and when started ordering the ice cream, all the flavors we asked were out of stock. Since I asked for Praline, Vanilla, Rocky Top, Pistachio, Strawberry and at the end Butter Pecan and they told me just a little bit left for one scoop. Honestly, either this is a very bad managed Baskin Robins or the 2 employees were awful. At the end, we paid and the lady came with an attitude to the window doing gestures. This is the worst service I have EVER received not in a Baskin Robins, but in my life. Very disappointing because we love the brand.

Arrived at 9pm for ice cream since they don’t close until 10. Lobby was closed, but drive thru is still open…. Or so it was supposed to be. Pulled up to the box and no one said anything. Waiting a few more minutes, then pulled up to the window. I see a 1 female working without a headset on to even take an order. She had her EarPods in just cleaning and shutting down. It is still possible to clean and be open to take orders until close of business, but I guess those can’t multitask take this route. I waited a few more minutes to see if she would come to the window, but she still didn’t even though she clearly saw me. She just chose to ignore me as if I was in the wrong and came after they closed. I will NEVER come here again and will take myself to other ice cream stores.

It's dirty inside. The ice cream and case are freezer burned. It stinks. The people working in the coffee shop have no idea what cream is. It's a DEI hell scape.
They advertise things they don't have at this location that they have it every other location that I've ever been to worst experience ever drove 30 minutes to come and get ice cream from this place and the guy looks at me and goes I don't know what you're talking about I pointed out show him exactly what I'm talking about he shows me a 6oz cup it says that's the largest cup they have for ice cream when it clearly says take home fresh scooped ice cream 1lb 8oz $8.99

Called last night with a large order. One to have sandwiches cut in half and paid $266.00 plus...Sandwiches not cut in half. The lady gave attitude when I saw they weren't cut in half.I'm not happy at all!!!!!!When presenting to anyone, it's important to follow instructions!!!
