Bear Burgers at Mercer Village

I ordered thru door dash and got the food in a good time! However, the food was AWFUL. The chicken and grease taste like old grease. My coworker and I had to buy another lunch because of how bad the food was. This is our second and LAST bad experience here. We will not be eating here again.

I came in there this past Tuesday around 1:07 and there was a guy in there by himself, mind you there was no customers in there. He came out about a minute or so when I came in and said that he would be right back to me, he went in the back and stayed forever. I left and went next door to the Margarita's and got served quickly without having to wait and I was on my lunch break and went out of my way to come to your place. I could see if your establishment had customers in there but it was a total ghost town and Margarita's was packed.

So I had never been and I was SO excited to go!!I walk in an there's a dude in the kitchen. We stand there for about 10 mins and this man doesn't even speak to us so I decided to ask hey how are you sir how do we order since he didn't speak to us o figured maybe there's a tablet or something we may use. He snaps back at me that he has a lot of orders and it's just him.
Well if y'all ever need someone to come in and handle your customer service let me know because all this guy would have had to do is be kind and tell me it was just him but like I said he didn't even speak to us while we stood there looking stupid. So needless to say after him being rude we left and unfortunately for me I didn't get to try that mack burger ?

First time here but we ate when it was on Thomaston Rd. Food was much better then. Burger was bland and apparently you're charged for fries whether you want them or not. Also they had NO bottled water in stock so we had to get a Coca-Cola product to drink. Over $35 for 2 people including the tip we left because they turn the screen around and make you feel like you owe it to them. Doubtful we will ever return. Also had crap music playing so loud we could not talk. Started as a dine in but ended as a take out. They said the owner was going on vacation. He needs to hurry back.

My (very picky) son and I walked from The Roberts Academy to Bear's Burgers today. He said it was the best burger he's ever had!

My husband and I had the pleasure of eating lunch at Bear Burger today. When I tell you I had THE BEST VEGGIE BURGER I'VE EVER HAD ( and I've had plenty of them) !! OMG it was moist, flavorful, filling and a very nice size pattie. You could actually see the veggies in the burger. They also have turkey burgers. My husband had the Original Bear Burger and he really enjoyed it!! He said the Brioche Bun was Amazing. The fried Green Beans is a must try! Service was EXCELLENT!! If you are looking for a GOOD BURGER beef or veggie Bear BURGER is the place to go. Atmosphere is so laid back and comfortable. John and Stephanie thank you so much for the warm welcome, awesome conversation and AMAZING FOOD! We will definitely be back soon.

You get a warm welcome when you come in the door the owner introduces himself and he ask you your name and they address you by your name and the service is amazing. I love it
