The staff members lacked professionalism in their appearance; they were poorly dressed and didn’t seem to maintain basic hygiene or wear proper attire. We traveled 2.5 hours to eat specifically at this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was a disappointment. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone craving Indian cuisine. Here's why:
1. Poor service: The staff seemed to prioritize American customers over others. Our order was taken by a server who struggled to communicate effectively. She asked if I was eating my naan with pav bhaji , which led to a series of mistakes. Our dishes arrived out of order, with naan arriving halfway through our tandoori course and spring rolls arriving after the biryani. We specifically requested mild biryani, but it was served too spicy.
2. Food: The non-vegetarian dishes lacked flavor and taste. The meat was tough and hard to bite. The only redeeming dishes were the pav bhaji and spring rolls.
3. Atmosphere: The music was excessively loud, making it difficult for the staff to understand our orders.
Overall, our experience was subpar, and we left feeling disappointed.

The food was the star of the show at this restaurant. The ambience wasn’t all that great but we came here for delicious and authentic Indian food and they delivered. The garlic nann was incredible some of the best I’ve ever had. My only critique about the food is we ordered butter chicken that was supposed to be medium and it was much spicier than normal and I can handle spice.

Today I got the Chicken Tikka Masala that came with their white rice and I got buttered Naan to go with it. The gentleman at the register was so nice and even helped me choose what to get, cause I usually get something different and it’s soooo good. I’m glad he recommended this meal. Definitely will be back!!!!
