My first time at a pairing dinner. Food had a great flavor but was lukewarm. They didn't have enough servers. It was not organized when serving the food and drinks.

I had a reservation for the 5 course pairing and I arrived they told me and others in the same situation that they overbooked and did not have enough food (on the event's menu) for everyone. Then they said we can still order off the regular menu. They did offer us a free appetizer. But then I was seated by the kitchen and event and had to watch everyone else partake in the event. The part that really made it worse was that there were 2 empty seats for the event the entire event. They would not have sat the 2 seats there if they did not have the food to accommodate whoever would have sat there.

I had fish and chips but both were so greasy I could not eat it. The Cod was half breading half fish.My take home was thrown in the garbage. Very expensive . The kitchen was being literally hosed down as we were eating at 6:30 pm. Will not return.

I always love the vibe at Bonefish. I have never done a review and they deserve a compliment. I went there on my Birthday 12/24/25 for dinner and our server was great this was a very busy time of day and the staff was very happy and courteous! The food was great, it was served in timely manner and hot! My family and I really enjoyed ourselves!
