The food was ok... The girl server was nice and patient but the other guy of eastern ethnicity was rude and impatient. He tried to rush me and no customers were behind me. The young lady was sweet and noticed my frustration with being rushed. Won't tell you not to eat there if it's convenient for you but if you're not in a hurry or starving it's way better to choose from in the area (.)

Great service than you can imagine. The staff service is really great. The food tastes as good as in New Orleans. I've lived in France for a long time, but both Creole and Cajun are great! I would recommend it to a friend. I definitely want to go again. Thanks

The food was good but the fact that they left my egg rolls out of the bag & then when I politely called to find out how they planned to rectify this mistake they told me I would either have to come pick them up, send someone else to pick them up or take it as a loss, they tried to argue me up & down that they were in my bag & then hung up in my face once I told them that I recently had neck surgery & couldn't drive & if I had someone that could come get them then I would have done that in the first place rather than ordering through DoorDash & none of that sat right with me. I'll NEVER eat there EVER again!

I will never buy food from here again. All of the food was old. The bourbon chicken had my whole house smelling like hot garbage and the bourbon rice felt like it was 5 days old.This place needs to be put out of business. This is a negative 1 star.

Ive been living in middle GA for 24 years now and can honestly say this is my #1 chinese takeout restaurant. I stay in W.R. and my gf and i drive 15 miles just to eat here. Not saying there arent good places in w.r. but this beats them all. (Khans mongolian grill in my town is my #2 pick) Anyways i give Bourbon St. 5 stars for a few reasons. The MAIN reason is i have NEVER had bad or even mediocre food here. Consistency is something they have definitely mastered. Another thing i love about them is the food is always hot and fresh and you have ZERO wait time to get it. Who likes going somewhere to eat when you are starving and have to wait? Also, they have been in business for a long time and in my opinion, the other places in the food court dont even come close to them. Every time someone talks about chinese/asian restaurants, i go out of my way to send them to bourbon st! On a last note, i always order the same things lol. 2 meat, 2 sides. Bourbon chicken, louisiana chicken, string beans, and lo mein. Their fried rice is great but i prefer noodles. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

They are short changing you on the order. Way smaller portions. You used to get your $ worth.
