This review is based on my experience from June 2008, my first and only time here. Three to-go plates of wings with corn on the cob were ordered. I ate where I resided at the time. There I noticed that the wings were small, somewhat decent but left me a bit disappointed because of the brand's commercials showed better-looking food than my order. The biggest disappointment was the silks on the corn and the dry corn kernels mixed with plump kernels, meaning the corn was not fresh but sitting around getting dry until selected. Why not I did contact the merchant by email but I received no response. I have no desire to retry any location of this brand.

My husband and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings and did not get our food till nearly 1 hour after ordering which would be understandable if they were busy but they were not. The server brought the wrong bear for my husband and when I asked to speak to the manager, the server stated he would be to us shortly and I have yet to see a manager while waiting and writing this review (it has been 20minutes). The employees here seem to not take their job serious or prioritize customer satisfaction. I cannot believe the service we received at this place. When I asked the server how is it the people who arrived way after us had their food the server said the guys in the back were not paying attention to the screen and she had to tell them we were waiting for our food.

In the bustling arena of casual dining, one occasionally finds themselves in establishments less devoted to the art of cuisine and more to the spectacle surrounding it. Buffalo Wild Wings, with its wall-to-wall televisions and cacophony of cheering patrons, is precisely such a place. It is not so much a restaurant as it is a stadium disguised as one—a carnival of wings and sports.

The menu, a compendium of sauces and rubs, promises diversity but often delivers sameness cloaked in varying shades of spice and sugar. The wings themselves, the supposed stars of the show, suffer from a lack of consistency—some emerge crisp and succulent, others limp and forlorn, as though they’ve been forgotten in their fryer purgatory.

Among the sauces, a few rise above mediocrity. The honey barbecue is a saccharine but pleasing indulgence, while the mango habanero offers a respectable balance of sweetness and heat. Yet, the bravado of the “Blazin’ Challenge” feels more like a dare than an invitation to savor.

The sides, alas, are mere afterthoughts. Fries, once hot and golden, too often arrive tepid and soggy. Celery and carrots, those stalwart companions of wings, are delivered with all the care of an obligatory apology.

And yet, Buffalo Wild Wings is not without merit. It is, after all, a communal space, a modern agora for sports enthusiasts to revel together in triumph and despair. The service, though harried, strives valiantly to maintain order amidst the chaos.

Buffalo Wild Wings does not aspire to haute cuisine, nor should it. It is a celebration of the loud, the messy, the unabashedly average. While it may not satisfy the palate of a gourmand, it fulfills its purpose for those who seek not dining but distraction.

A restaurant, I suppose, does not need to be exceptional to be appreciated. But one leaves Buffalo Wild Wings with the distinct impression that the food, like the experience, is secondary to the noise.

We were sitted as soon as we entered. It wasn't busy at all. The lady who took us to the table brought our drinks and gave us no straws. We waited almost 10 minutes and asked her for straws when she was passing by. There's no coordination in between servers 😕 we waited 30 minutes I finally asked the same girl who gave us drinks if there's anyone going to take our order? She said oh let me find someone to take your order. Even after we still waited another 12 minutes when this dude said ok I'll take your order who was taking orders in around our area. They all made it sound like someone was going to take order but really no one did. Now, I understand why this place is not as busy as it use to be because service really poor 😕

Just walked in and sat in the back corner. Sign said have a seat and a waiter will be with you. 4 waiters walked right by us. Sat there for 15 minutes and still no one came and even took our drink order. So we walked out!!! The worst customer service ever. Thank goodness we live out of town bc we will never be back to this establishment.

The food was awesome. The guy at the bar was very nice, but the waitress needed to be more kind and responsive. Would have been 5 stars if she would have.

Did an online order checked it and it was wrong. Then when I tried to get help the lazy servers were ignoring the desk. Once the person over take out came she attempted to debate with me about my food being wrong. Once she realized that she was wrong and FIXED my order it was still wrong.Im highly allergic to blue cheese! This is ridiculous! Also they were being unsanitary when bringing my food back with dishwasher and sauce all over my boxes but I will be contacting corporate.

Dietary restrictions: Blue cheese allergy

Ordered twice in two weeks from this location. Each time I picked up my order I was not greeted at all. There’s no customer service late night. Give yourself an extra 20 minutes for the order to be prepared. It’s pretty sad, I’m the only customer in here right now and I had to ask how long on the order that was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. All while watching the only server sweep and avoid me completely. Why not just close early if you don’t care? Order is cold, they forgot the fry or deliberately left it out. Who knows. Never had worse service or worse experience.

We made a stop during our Thanksgiving traveling last week. Stopped at lunch time and the place wasn't busy but there were several people dining inside. We had John as our server and he was awesome! He was very personable and interacted well with each member of our party. His sense of humor and conversation made it an enjoyable experience.
John also interacted well with other customers and he mentioned a couple by name that were regulars.
Our order arrived quickly and correctly and everything was great. Restrooms were clean and orderly as well. John helped make this lunch stop well worth it and made this a great experience for all of us.

Beware of the bar tender Nate he only cares about regular customers who leaves nice tips and will cater to them and ignore you if you are not his regular to the point where you have to ask him to take your order. I complained to the manager about his behavior as well as the customers next to me as we were both treated very badly. His regulars he catered to making non regulars wait or ask for service. He is not smart enough or business savvy enough to know that every customer counts which is probably why he is working such a job in the first place. I complained to the manager about his behavior and all he did was smile further supporting my assessment of his business skills others would of apologized. I can see why he is working such a job in the wee hours of the night. Lacks people skills, business skills and common sense and very arrogant guy.
