Dined in & the person waiting on customers was on the phone. I don't understand how people can not understand just how rude and annoying this is. Though I didn't wait long that's not the point. Food was decent and hot with the lobby, restrooms & parking area clean.

Breakfast... Ordered coffee in the drive thru... With two creams and two sugars. They gave me a scalding hot filled to the rim coffee where I had to take the lid off, In the car to empty some off the top to put the coffee and cream in it. This was completely not acceptable as trying to do this in a vehicle is really bad and should have been done by the staff at Burger King before they handed the coffee to me

Staff standing around wouldn't take the order. Had attitude. After asked if they were gonna take the order or not. They refused service. There was no other customers. We had to leave and to a different location with two kids that were sad they had to leave. Really sorry employees here. Don't go.

Rude staff would not even take my order just stood there talking to each other while I was standing at counter decide to leave after 10 minutes horrible service.
This BK is very consistent with hot food and quality items. The fries are almost always hot and crispy, the sandwiches are fresh and tasty. I skipped on BK for a very LONG time bc of the inconsistent and often cold food. This location has won me back, and I highly recommend you give it a try...
