Burger King has always been a 'family favorite' for us — it’s the place we go when we want a quick, familiar meal that hits the spot. That’s why it truly pains me to write a review that’s less than glowing.
As the saying goes, *“Cleanliness is next to Godliness,”* and unfortunately, this particular location is falling short in that area. The **restrooms and dining area** could really use more attention and upkeep. A clean space makes a big difference in how customers feel about sitting down and enjoying their meal.
Beyond that, the restaurant could benefit from a warmer, more inviting atmosphere — something that says *“Come in and enjoy your food!”* instead of giving off a *“grab it and go elsewhere”* vibe.
I know Burger King can do better — and I hope this location takes the feedback to heart. A little extra care and effort could easily bring back that welcoming, family-friendly charm we’ve always loved.

The people who work at this BK in Macon, GA are the best and most friendly of any BK I've ever been to. I go here 3 to 4 times a week and they never disappoint in their service and kindness!
I stop at this location every am. on my way in to work from Thomaston. All the hard working staff here create a vibe that is welcoming and set perfectly to grab a meal or coffee to jump start your day. Definitely recommend this location if you're passing through or dining in. Thanks yall!

I ordered ordered on July 4th for July 7th. (I was concerned the store would close for the holiday and picked a later date.)I ordered the How to Train Your Dragon meal, its lunch. I ordered it for 1 pm. Tell me why it arrived at 7 30 am that morning. I was pissed. Luckily I was up early that day. I wish the dasher calledme but they didnt. I was never notified of the time change. Lunch is supposed to start at 10:30. Who would clocked in and go directly to cooking burgers and staring the fryer as soon as they clocked in? Days later I'm still in shock at the buffoonery. I don't blame the dasher as much as this location luckily I can now laugh about it as a joke but I'm still mad my food didn't arrive at lunch time. I gave the dasher 4 stars this store I give one star. I ate here many years ago so with no issues. This order the burger was cooked well the fries and cheese fries were good that's the one star.
