I just had one of the most incredible dining experiences at Captain Crab Express, and I’m still thinking about it! This place is an absolute gem that every seafood enthusiast needs to visit.
Let me start with the star of the show: the Seafood Pasta. Oh. My. Goodness. This dish was nothing short of spectacular! Perfectly cooked pasta tossed with the freshest seafood imaginable; the sauce was flavorful and rich. I only wish there were a little more seafood. Nontheless every bite was pure heaven, and the pasta portion was incredibly generous. The garlic bread served alongside was the perfect companion – crispy on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside, with just the right amount of garlic that complemented the pasta beautifully without overpowering it.
And then there were the Fried Oysters with Waffle Sweet Potato Fries – what an inspired combination! The oysters were fried to absolute perfection with a golden, crispy coating that gave way to plump, juicy oysters inside. Each bite was a delightful contrast of textures. The waffle sweet potato fries were a stroke of genius – crispy, sweet, and the waffle cut made them extra crunchy. They were the perfect sweet counterpoint to the savory oysters.
The quality of the seafood at Captain Crab Express is outstanding – you can tell everything is fresh and prepared with real care. The flavors are bold, the portions are generous, and the entire meal left me completely satisfied and already planning my next visit.
If you’re looking for fantastic seafood that doesn’t disappoint, Captain Crab Express is where it’s at. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I really wanted to give more stars, but nope this just ain’t it. I ordered the “4-piece” catfish basket, but let’s be honest… they just sliced two pieces in half and tried to pass it off as four. For $14?! Be serious. The fish was bland, soggy-ish, and completely underwhelming. This was my first and definitely my last time ordering from them.
