I absolutely love Carrabba’s in Macon, Ga. The staff is very friendly, food is delicious, and Ms. Simmons of Management team there is exceptional!! My server Niya was the absolute best !!!

I was ultimately disgusted when there, our waitress who’s name I think was Nitra K (says on the receipt) was constantly talking to her coworkers in the back forgetting about us, which we didn’t mind because we assumed the food was just taking a while. I asked her for a new cup of water due to my glass being dirty with what look like a literal bugger in the inside of the cup, and she grabbed the cup and said okay and then later brought us back the SAME EXACT CUP, she literally just took it to the back and brought it back 5 minutes later, I ordered a 10 oz steak with mashed potatoes and fries which they were alright but I asked for medium well steak and got practically rubber with no pink and I could barely cut it with my knife.
