Great food, service was great considering how absolutely understaffed they were. Literally had 2 girls trying to serve and bartend during lunch. Not the servers fault, she was great, but management should be evaluated.

This establishment is the reason for Macon businesses failing. Terrible service ( rather non at all). No welcome, sat at the bar for 20 minutes and a young lady slings a menu our way. It was not busy at all... I'm suprised they are still in business.

I came in after having worked a 12 hour shift. Waited more than 30 minutes to receive my food. Ordered shrimp and grits with a piece of bourbon salmon on the side. The server Bree handed me my food and receipt and walked away. After waiting several more minutes for her to remember she needed to take my money. Her reply was I was just about to make a drink let me cash u out. I got home and realized there was NOT 1 shrimp in my grits. I immediately called back the lady responded Bree got my food before they told her it was completely ready. Once I returned to the restaurant the cook came out holding a container with 4 shrimp in it. I asked what was that he began to lie! He said he personally had put 9 shrimp in the container himself. I explained I had been at work since 6:30 that morning and was in no mood for games or jokes. After realizing I was not going for his lies he said well I turned off the grill at a certain. I have never been more embarrassed in my life the entire bar was starring at me as if I had did something wrong. I left the food and asked for my money back the lady handed me a receipt and said in 7 business days I should get my money back. My server Bree wouldn't even look me in the face. I had been here a couple times with a friend but never got any food to go. I hope no one else has to deal with such unprofessional, lying, disgusting people.

So my best friend and I have been coming to your restaurant for about 2 months now. We come on Mondays for Half price salads but sometimes we do come in the week too. It was pretty good when we first started coming but here recently has been a terrible experience. We get the same thing everytime we come.....salads! Service has gotten terrible and also quality of food. We have been getting salads with big hard chunks.....and barely anything on it. My salad today had maybe like 1 chicken tender cut up.....2 sliced strawberry and maybe like 3 little mandarin oranges. We are debating if we want to continue coming back. Something needs to change. People taking shots with people. We have to continue to keep asking someone for something and still have to wait long periods of times. I attached pictures of salads when we would get them and then the last 2 pics is my salad from today......I didnt get a pic last time. The 1st 2 are the times when we first started and how great they looked. Also each time they never have any regular silverware. I dont want plastic silverware. We ask and he says I am not sure if I can find any. Like what? Ridiculous.

The quality has dropped significantly since last year. The burgers used to be the go to for downtown Macon now they’re just another frozen patty that’s been heated up to lukewarm temperatures… disappointing for sure.
