I have eaten here several times and never been disappointed! Today was extra special and I wanted to share my experience. I had not eaten lunch and it was around 4pm when I pulled through the drive thru and ordered my usual, Turkey & Provalone sandwich with Tomatoe Bisque. The cashier proceeded to tell me my balance as I rambled in my purse looking for my wallet frantically! I left it at home! None of my virtual cards were linked to my Apple Pay and I didn’t know what to do. The girl said, “ I got you!” I insisted on letting me figure out how to get my cards linked so I could pay but she insisted on taking care of my bill and was so understanding. I will definitely be going back and will “Pay it forward” for someone else who may need a break one day. Thank you for your kindness!

Nice place with great lighting, and I love the large, long wooden tables. The coffee is tasty, and the staff is very kind and welcoming.
A few improvements though: I understand it’s a church space, but the contemporary Christian music becomes overwhelming after a couple of hours. Something more neutral, like light radio or instrumental music, would really help—it’s just too much after a while.
Also, it was very cold. I was shivering for about two hours, and most people kept their jackets and coats on, which made it uncomfortable. Turning on the heat or lighting the fireplace would make a big difference.
Lastly, both women’s bathroom stalls were unflushed when I went in, which wasn’t pleasant.
Overall, a nice spot with good potential, just needs a few adjustments.

Stopped in for lunch while visiting the area over the holidays and thrilled to find this place. First of all it's gorgeous inside! Plus the staff is super friendly, everything very clean and my turkey/provolone on sourdough sandwich was perfectly delicious! Hard to find a lunch spot that offers sourdough. I also love that this is within a church. It was very busy during my visit but there's lots of seating options and I had no trouble securing a table. Very cool place with fair pricing.

Cathedral Coffee is the BEST!!! The staff radiates Jesus and the atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming, and the coffee is incredible! Tanner Humphrey gave me the best coffee suggestion and was very intentional, Holly Prince was so kind and works with so much care, and Jacob genuinely welcomes everyone with a kind word and smile! Such a fantastic place to spend a day and their love for the Lord and genuineness sets them apart. Thankful to have a place like this locally to fellowship, would highly recommend!!!
My “Avery with oat milk” latte was amazing and one of the Baristas (Tanner Humphrey) created a welcoming atmosphere and told me all about his cats. This was not just grabbing a cup of coffee, it was a personal experience. I love cathedral and I will definitely be coming back!

This place was so CUTE!! Staff were also super sweet. I got the Erin, which is a white peppermint mocha, and they put the little pieces of peppermint on top 🫶🏻🫶🏻
