Very disappointed. We use to go all the time before Covid and since we have gone twice and it’s been terrible. Waiters who don’t care and aren’t around to get you what you need. Give you plastic silverware to cut a steak. That’s just lazy. Food all came out cold. And the manager doesn’t seem to care if there’s a problem.

Outside dining closed ! What? No social distancing inside! Ever hear about COVID? Very slow service, but server was very polite. Good food.

The fact that I sit at the bar, as normal, 10 mins go by 5 servers pass me, 2 other tables seated in the bar and not one of them bother telling me the bar is closed.....here’s the kicker, one on of the servers is the bartender making drinks. Wasn’t greeted at the door. Found a manger finally as no one is on the floor once I got up to look for someone to take my order who in turn ended up being the one to take my order. Thankfully the manger on duty 5:47pm 3/16/21 was very kind. Must be annoying to have to manger a staff full of immature children. Definitely going to Warner Robins location from now on.

The worst place to take your family. Poor management we waited up front to be seated for over 10 minutes we had to go find someone just to tell us we had to wait another 20 minutes until they clean tables off in the back while it was only one family sitting in one section I feel it was raceschism because they only let a white family sit over there by themselves and it was 10 tables empty.I’ll never eat there or tell anyone else to go there day of service 2/2/21

Well let's see, ordered the chips with cheese dip and salsa and when plate arrived no salsa and very little chips. Wife and I then had the bourbon salmon which is supposed to come on bed of rice. Hers had a little more than mine and I probably had enough for 4 forkfuls, not a bed, service was alright. This was our second visit to this cheddars bc after our first experience which we had a great server and good for we couldn't wait to come back. After tonight we may have to try another restaurant in macon

Upon arriving at Cheddars in Macon, GA, we were seated immediately. 15 minutes passed and no one had come to take our drink orders. One of us found the hostess who found a server for our table. He was very kind and helpful. However, it seemed everything went wrong. Our sodas were flat, the caesar salads were drenched in dressing and had no croutons or cheese, and the food came out stale and cold. It was a mess! I spoke to the manager about some of the trouble we seemed to continue to have. She only made us pay for the one plate of food my son ate . Everyone was very nice here, but the food was really, really bad.

I was Celebrating My Birthday with a Rib Eye steak & Cheesecake for dessert. The Ribeye was so fatty and flavorless I could barely eat any of it. Our waiter was Not good at all. Hardly anyone was in the Restaurant so it was not busy. He seemed to only be interested in one table with people His must have known. I will Never go back. My Dog really enjoyed My Steak. jac

Barely any one in the restaurant at 830. They said it would be a 15 min wait. I know it’s covid but there was only 4 tables set.

I got the country fried steak at this restaurant. The steak covered half the plate it was amazing. I do suggest you ask for the Texas toast on the side or they will put it underneath the steak. You can also ask for the gravy on the side instead of covering the steak.

Food was great as always. Waitress and waitress in training were super friendly and very respectful. They made sure we had a wonderful meal and we're taken care of during our entire meal. Thank you so much for the great experience. I would definitely recommend stopping in and getting some great food and service.
