I ordered a combination off the bar. I understand that what I am ordering is pretty much "Chinese Fast Food." This was pretty much soggy and tasteless. The lady pretty barely spoke to me. Everything is still draped in there like it was during COVID. Signs on the door and everything.
I once really loved Chen's but this was probably my last meal there.

We stopped in on a road trip and the staff are friendly and took great care of us. The food was fresh and delicious - the only negative was the rice. It was overdone and mushy. But the amazing egg rolls, vegetables and chicken were more than worth a high rating!

First time eating at Chen Wok and the food was good. I ordered 2 small shrimp fried rice buckets and 2 spring rolls. Food was hot and delicious. This is going to be my spot from now on for shrimp fried rice and spring rolls. Management was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have no complaints at all. I will definitely be back to try other foods. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-star rating from me.

A no refund policy is typically a dead giveaway in terms of how an establishment views its customers. A patron that isn't happy with their meal due to quality, taste, foreign objects such as hair, & insects, deserves a refund of their hard earned money.Man, I'm a little disappointed because I planned to try this place out until reading some of the reviews here. In reading some of them, it appears that management doesn't take constructive criticism too well & kind of slickly fires back at those that do not respond with favorable commentary. Well sir/madame, please be mindful that each person paid for the right to critique the food that they received. No one enters through the door with money in hand, looking to be disappointed.It doesn't feel good when the feedback isn't favorable but it is necessary & can be a great tool for future success. Instead of firing back at those that have paid for the right to share their experience & provide their honest opinion, maybe ask how you can improve so you can better serve the customers that allow you to keep your doors open.Customer satisfaction is extremely important & word of mouth travels at the speed of sound. It's not that your restaurant has to be perfect because none are but, I encourage you to make every attempt to make things right with those patrons that have legitimate complaints.Negative & positive reviews impact your business greatly. One review with feedback regarding insect in the food, nasty bathrooms, rodents, etc. will wipe out a thousand good reviews. Loyalty in one direction is foolish!

Me and my boyfriend have not been able to sleep at all after having food poisoning all last night because all we had to eat was this and then has left overs next day. We ordered steamed dumplings, orange chicken, hunan chicken and shrimp fried rice. Everything came with fried rice. I haven’t had food poisoning in so long, I can’t believe we had at go through this and this place isn’t even rated that low. I hope they learn how to cook fresh food instead of stuff that’s been pre cooked.

Ordered Almond fried chicken....no almonds. Took my plate back and asked for the almonds and was advised it doesn't come with almonds. Would not give me a refund. So basically got fried

I got the orange chicken and it was pretty good, however, the “fried” rice was absolutely flavorless and dry. It just looked and tasted like rice that sat out for a week with no salt or anything.

I used to like getting takeout from this restaurant up until last night when I requested that my mother's food be cooked fresh to order.. the lady serving behind the counter looked at me in disgust for about 3 mins.. as if I had asked her to do something out of her job description.. I should have just walked out then and gone somewhere else.. I won't be going back.. stir ur food and make it look fresh lady!..
