Just came by while traveling for lunch with family to find out once back on highway that they totally forgot to give us one grilled chicken nugget meal. We ordered two but she charged us for one even after asking if they were exactly the same. We asked about the missing drink at the window and the guy outside asked for one but the woman inside rudely said we did not order and could not have. Stunned by her remarks I just said fine I will drink my water not realizing the whole meal was missed. When kids have to eat a half of moms wrap on the road while driving is a bit frustrating. Note to self and others have them read back order and check completely before you leave window no matter how busy or rude the people inside are. Chick-fil-a let us down.

They keep forgetting stuff whenever I place an order and then had the nerve to say “we can’t do a refund” when I COMPLETELY told them this is the 2nd TIME OF THEM DOING THIS. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!

The slowest chic fil a i've ever been too. Literally was in line at the drive thru for 25 minutes before I finally got my food. Definitely the worst location I've been to in all the locations I've been to.

Had to wait on fries to cook, so they could be served to me half cooked. Fry cook stuck his hand in the trash can, pushed the trash down to compact it, then stuck his hands right back on the cooking line grabbing and serving food......then didn't get half the condiments I asked for....then stood there almost 11 mins waiting on my order.

They took the order, got it wrong. I noticed this and that basic parts of the meal were missing. Instead of demanding a change or return, i decided to just go through the line and order it again; I love Chick-fil-A, so extra even if wrong didn't seem so bad. Got it wrong again but in a new way.

And it's great food No other food business (any food business)is even close to the service you get that goes for any CFA location.. their model their upper management are the top Dawgs. Anyone who contest that,, I can only say you was not at a Chick Fla A. Great place

The boy enjoyed a Taco salad. The girl devoured the corn dog and chili and I had the mock Chicken Quesadilla. Everyone said they could have eaten more! The service was friendly and the everything was clean. We will definitely detour back through and enjoy this place again.
It's Chic Fil-A what's not to like? The food is awesome and so is the customer service.

The service is always top notch at Chick-fil-a......however the original chicke sandwich does not taste or have the same look as the sandwich I soooo enjoyed in my youth. Does corporate America believe no one will notice the difference like I have???
