I’ve held back giving a bad review my past several times getting food from this location. I’ve a ten at many different locations across Georgia. This one’s drive thru is consistently slow and staff is non chalant (uncaring). Not the typical chik fil a concern for customers and efficiency.

#NOTmyPleasure ... I was SHOCKED at how bad the service was. I expect this from Taco Bell but not from Chik-fil-A ... Waitress dropped some of our things, not only didn't she pick it up, she didn't apologize. They messed up the order, were out of sweet potato fries and gave us regular and when we said if they had told us that we wouldn't have ordered them she shrugged and said "ok?" We asked for a refund on the fries (cause they aren't cheap and we didn't get what we ordered) and we were told "we don't give refunds"... Not one person ever said anything courteous, no thank you, no apologies, no "my pleasure" You're supposed to be better. I wanted you to be better!!!! You get 1 star for "Food was good", cookie was over baked. 1 Star for being Very clean.

I ordered breakfast carry out this morning. It took over TWENTY-FIVE minutes to get 3 sandwiches. I wish this was an isolated incident but this chick-fil-A always struggles, whether it be long wait times and/or missing items.

You sit down to order for dine in. With out a menu. Was a horrible experience. The fries are ruined. If u done get a heel its all mush. Will not go back to this location ever

Placed order missing a sandwich and have been trying to call and continually hitting zero to get to a team member and nobody will answer the phone. Missing my receipt as well. Saturday night supposedly open til 10 pm been trying since 9:15 to let them know my order was messed up and it's almost 20 minutes now. Too late to go back and tomorrow is Sunday. Not acceptable.
This location ran by David Clark is wayyyyyy better than the Zebulon rd location ran by Craig Craddock. Craig should take some notes from this operator

Went through the drive through tonight to get dinner for my family of 4. Wait time was not long at all but when i got home i was missing one of my sons 8piece nuggets which caused an argument and tears among my boys. Yes i should have checked my bad before i left but chik fil a is known for good service and not missing items so i thought nothing of it. Long story short took the 20 minute drive home and was missing that item. I called the store twice with no answer. Im just very disappointed. I did not want to make the 40 min trip there and back again so i just slip the nuggets in half and apologized to the kids. Will definitely be checking my bat from now on before pulling off. This just isnt like chik fil a.
First time at this particular location. It was interesting to have where you sit down and they come to the table and take your order. Although I had to flag someone down to come over and take her order the food was hot and fresh. Definitely enjoyed my visit.
