My breakfast order got canceled because I was 10 seconds late to scanning it in. One of the drive thru workers helped me resolve my issue, got me my entire meal and kept a positive attitude. Such an amazing and dedicated worker with amazing patience especially at so early in the morning. I have missed this location being open!!!

Placed an online order while in the parking lot, so it didn't make sense for me to receive cold fries. And the meal over all wasn't good. The new dragonfruit lemonade was the only thing worth bragging about.

Took 30 mins to get out of the parking lot bc they will stop all the people trying to leave that dined in and make you just sit there, while they just keep running the drive thru. I will not come back to this location. I dined in with my family and it took 30 mins to get out of the parking lot. I guess they already got your $ if you dined in so they aren’t concerned with your time anymore.
Nastiest Chick-fil-a I have ever been to. The trash cans are over full, tables unkept and this is the outside dining area. Staff cups everywhere for the ones working the drive thru.

I always enjoy going to Chic fillet, they have excellent customer service. They have perfected the art of the drive thru, you can pull in the drive thru wrapped around the building and was gone in 5 minutes.

I worked at CFA at multiple stores for five years… eaten a lot of chicken sandwiches… but, the chicken sandwich I just got from this store at peak lunch rush was seriously the BEST I have ever had. Perfectly breaded, beautifully toasted and buttered buns, and it tasted amazing. Whoever is back there breading, GOOD JOB! Nothing bad to say about this store. Drive thru layout in the parking lot is wacky, but still got through very quickly for lunch rush.
Ordered the basic number 1, no pickles, add cheese. No cheese was added. They asked me if I wanted sauce, I say bbq. Received no sauce. Got my drink. No straw. And the girls at the window were too busy discussing nails while I'm staring at my food. Worst service.

Not all Chick-Fil-A are created equal. I order fries & Lemonade. The fries was cold and drive through person (female) demeanor was not of the Chick-Fil-A standards. I hate they closed the Chick-Fil-A on exit 3 off highway 475 in Macon, Ga.

I love Chick-fil-A, however this one in Macon is horrible. My order was taken wrong..I received someone else meal and mine..I asked for just Chick-fil-A sauce and got everything else but that..they even gave me dressing and I had no salad. I just wanted a chicken sandwich.

After leaving Ollie's, my sister wanted ice tea, and I wanted an ice dream. It was so good, a specially after Ollie's didn’t have any air conditioning in the store that day. It's a pity the ice dreams only come in one size, though.
