Not sure why your scan code system messing up required me to have to cancel my order and leave when you could see the order on my phone and my rewards points were deducted so the order was clearly placed. No way that wasn’t showing somewhere in your system especially when the app says something along the lines of “if you can’t scan the code just let a worker know” I’ll drive across town next time. It’s happened before at other restaurants where I forgot to scan and they could still see the order, name and color of my car listed to confirm so not sure why my order just didn’t exist in your system. Not to mention I was quite literally the only car there so it couldn’t have been many other orders to pick from.
