Ordered online to pickup. Food not ready when I arrived at the said time-Clerk appeared to "not know" what was going on. Got my food, drove home (30 min drive) and the grape salad had NO toppings at all. Was just grapes. My order was over $50 dollars and not worth the drive to go at all.

I recently went through the drive-through and ordered about $50 worth of food. I got home to find that they had left off an entire meal for one of my family members. Obviously I was dissatisfied and probably would’ve left Just a one star review. However, a team member called me back several days later after I left a voicemail and made it right by giving us a gift card for a free meal. I appreciate the follow up. They really do have a great food and the staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend

The new manager there is so nasty and ugly to people she talks very ugly to the employees there screaming at them from the front to the back she is a very rude old lady !!!!!!!!
The prices go up as the servings get smaller. This will no longer be my go to lunch spot. Not that my last few orders were correct anyway. Within my last 5 orders I've gotten wrong sides, wrong chicken salads, even the wrong drink. I've found noodles in the broccoli salad, and a hair on the pickle, no crackers one time. I'm not a complainer, I know stuff happens, but now you're increasing your pricing but the food and the service is getting worse.

The bread/salad ratio was off. I tasted more bread than chicken salad. The pasta salad was a tad bit under seasoned for my liking. This was my 1st time eating at a Chicken Salad Chick, so I probably would try it again and order something different and without the bread. Also, the customer service was wonderful.

I ordered the Jalapeño Holly and broccoli salad. Let me tell you, I didn’t even get half way through my food before my stomach started bubbling.
