Ok today makes the 2nd time within 2 weeks that I've placed a mobile order and get to establishment to pick it up only to be told you are out of things I ordered. While I understand things happened the website should be updated so those items are unavailable to purchase so people dont make the drive to pick up and be disappointed. Secondly, this was not near closing and no reason they shouldn't be able to replenish items when they run out, but according to employees, management will not allow them to remake any chicken salad when they run out. I do love the food, but this is definitely not good service when you can't supply the main item your establishment promotes. Hopefully this changes and things get better because the food is good. But I have to change my review to a negative one at this time.

Unfortunately I experienced a challenging situation at the Macon chicken salad chic! I placed my simple to go order that was nothing out of the ordinary menu selections... first of all, I did not feel welcomed at all, rather I felt like I was a bother to the employees, I was even ignored for over 20 minutes! waiting on my to go order...and I was standing up front 3 feet from the restaurant counter! I was taught very good manners from my mother, so I was practicing my patience, waiting for my turn to receive my order! Still being ignored, I addressed my not getting service or my order to a front counter employee, again I was meet with a frustrated look! and when I finally received my order, it was terribly packed, the pimento cheese had not been properly made, it seemed to be just a clump of grated cheese! I did not check my bag before I walked out, expecting the food to be what chicken salad chic's reputation usually delivers! Which is normally good food! When I got back to my car and checked my bag, low and behold no crackers nothing was put in the bag for me to eat my food and it was missing the quality ingredients, and the expected contents! It was a very disappointing experience period! We were traveling to a Marietta destination when we decided to stop for lunch to go, I do not recommend this Macon location chicken salad chic at all, and I will not eat at this location again ever, no im not exaggerating or having a bad day! This is how poor the service was , how poor the food preparation was, and how poor the customer service I received was! Maybe they were having a bad day? I'm not sure, I am sure of a few things, you should offer a drink or a some kind of option for mishandling a order! and ignoring a customer for 20 minutes! Hopefully this review will help your staff to improve their services in many areas.

Catering order confirmed via email 3 days ago. However, problem on pickup day. What good does it do to find this out on the day you need the order when the store can’t even make it. DO NOT use online catering ordering at the store. The staff didn’t even offer up an alternative. 0 stars on this one.

Got turkey club said no honey mustard. He repeated it back. Paid 20 bucks to be waisted. Sandwich is covered in honey mustard. It would be nice to go one day without waisting money trying to eat because people who don't know this feeling don't pay attention when fixing others food
Update: 11/26/25 can you not force someone to take a cookie, crackers, lettuce, and pickle they ask not to receive. Blonde refused to remove them and I'm allergic so I paid for food I can't eat AGAIN CAUSE YOUR WORKERS THINK THEY KNOW MY BODY! I's also rude to talk about the customer to the cook with window open AFTER THEY TRIED TO SORT IT OUT WITH YOU AND U REFUSED TO BE KIND

I love Chicken Salad Chick. Yes, they do have the best chicken salad around. Relatively inexpensive for a meal. Both this location on Bass Road and the one in Warner Robins are favorite go to places of mine. Never had a bad dining experience at either place.
Wow, was that disappointing! Soft pickle spear, absolutely no flavor in sandwich or croissant. Carols Classic was a bust. Thanks, I'll go to Publix next time.

I had an event on a Sunday morning but CSC is closed so I needed to place my order on Friday for pick up Saturday. Well I got busy and forgot to place my order. So I showed up at the restaurant Saturday morning at 10:30am when they open expecting to have to beg them to help me out. Morgan with catering was so gracious and helpful and gave me no problems. I really appreciate their professionalism. I highly recommend. They also helped me decide how much was needed for the party without me overbuying. Thank you!!!

The overall aesthetics was similar to that of overall Chicken Salad Chicks. I got my usual Classic Carol. The sandwich was not as good as at other locations. The bread was over toasted and nearly burned, the lettuce was the hard pieces from the middle of the lettuce head, and the tiny tomatoes was the end pieces from the tomato. The restaurant was fairly busy, but at other locations, I've never experienced lower quality in the face of addressing a long time. I believe the sandwich would have been remade, had I asked. However, I was traveling through the area and was miles down the road before I realized the issues mentioned above. I will say the staff was nice and friendly.

Figured I would save some of you folks.
I ordered the Jalapeño Holly and broccoli salad. Let me tell you, I didn’t even get half way through my food before my stomach started bubbling.
Ya’ll can guess where I went next.
Ordered online and was a quick pickup. Good value for what you get. Loved the chicken salad and pasta salad was good. Will return in near future.
