I was traveling and decided to try out their food because it was close to my hotel and it's a local business not a major chain. The food and customer service was amazing! The guy at the register was very helpful and patient while helping my husband and I navigate the menu and pick items based off our dietary needs. I ended up eating their 2x's before returning home and I ordered extra to have my children try a few items. I definitely plan to return in the future.

Super polite staff. One of the employees actually opened the door for me when I walked up to the doors. I got a to go order and it was ready very quickly. Everything tasted great and fresh. Great atmosphere in the restaurant itself.

I had the worst experience with the cashier. Before I begin, I want to make it clear that I am not complaining about the quality of the food. The food is actually very good. My issue is strictly with the service.
The young man behind the counter lied to my face and then refused to take responsibility when he was confronted. Normally, you receive fried rice with your order if you ask for it. I asked him to put the fried rice on the side, and he told me they do not serve fried rice at all. I then asked what kind of rice they had. He said they only had steamed rice and some orange-colored rice, which was definitely not fried rice.
When I got home, my wifeāwho orders fried rice from this place all the timeāasked what kind of rice it was. I told her I couldnāt get fried rice because they ādonāt have it.ā She then called the restaurant herself, and the same young man told her that they do have fried rice, but that it comes with the meal.
So to anyone reading this: was that not a bold-faced lie that he told me? On top of that, he then refused to issue a refund.

Chico and Change has always been my absolute favorite casual dining restaurant, and Iām so happy to say that the new owners have done an incredible job keeping the spirit of the place alive. Theyāve stayed true to the original recipes that made this spot such a local gem ā everything tastes just as amazing as ever.
On top of that, the new team couldnāt be more welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and want everyone to feel at home. Itās rare to find a place that balances great food, great people, and a relaxed, inviting atmosphere so perfectly.
That fried rice has enough oil to attend a diddy party, their bulgogi is NOT bulgogi, spicy chicken is not spicy. Will not come back nor recommend
