Been here a few times and it’s always the same. Food is fine when dining in but service is absolutely horrible. Also do not do take-out from here. They give you small portions and leave stuff out. When you are picking the food up it takes forever because the service is horrible and no one helps you.

Well like all restaurants, some things have to come to an end, me and several friends decided to start going to Chili's instead of O'Charley's because Chili's had this special and it came with either a salad, Caesar salad, potato soup, the sandwich and a drink. Well everything was great until they stopped serving several spices and also believe it or not they don't serve Caesar salad anymore. Guess we got to go back to O'Charley's.

Pie was frozen, the wait time was extended and the kitchen was backed up. The server didn't explain everything that comes on a burger which included mustard that I do not eat.

Saturday (like 5 days ago)Ordered to go .. all I had was the 3 appetizer platter and an order of loaded cheesy fries.. said my order would be ready around 5:30-5:40 which I arrived at 5:33 so I go in and there's 2 ppl waiting in this closet which ok .. well it takes close to 8mins for me to be talked to and when he i told him the name he walked off .. didn't come back for a few mins which another 2 customers arrived .. he didn't say 1 word to me and waited on the next person ..I wanted to leave but we had already paid. by 6 I was getting angry I still hadn't really been waited on I finally get mad enough to speak up and ask what the problem is and low and behold my food was sitting there the entire time .. I was irritated.. when I got to my car I opened the bag and my fries were so cold I picked up the entire dish in 1 cold clump .. by the time I got home I was still mad and the food was so cold I couldn't even eat it... This was the first alone night me and my wife had in over a year and it was ruined basically by chilis crappy service .. welcome to Macon Georgia.. I would have been happier with fast food and it wouldn't have cost 2 of us 50$

Ordered food to go. I didn't check until I got home. It was badly burned. Inedible. Called to get a refund. Hopefully I actually spoke to a manager. I didn't think to get their name. I was in a bad mood.

In town visiting for work and decided to have dinner. The kitchen was backed up, and the food came out cold. I ordered the burger and asked what was on it first, only to have it smothered in mustard, which I do not eat. It made no sense to send it back, so I paid the bill and left unsatisfied. The only thing tasty was the chips and salsa!

My family and I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was top-notch, but what really stood out was the manager, Jimmy Jam! He was incredibly inspirational, not only providing excellent service but also sharing his passion for the restaurant's values. It's clear that he genuinely cares about both the food and the customers. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending to our other family and friends!

Visited on a Sunday after church. The place was packed & we overheard the host speaking with the manager about being short staffed. But you would have never known it! The service was steady & food was fresh & hot. Kudos to rising above the stress and making us Chili's believers.

My family and I went to eat here for a NYE dinner. Appetizers came out promptly. Food was good but they overuse green onions in many of their dishes. Entrees didn't start arriving until 20 minutes after appetizers and they came out 1 plate at a time over the next 35 minutes. It took them 20 minutes to refill my husband's Margarita. Our drinks remained empty for a majority of the meal. They gave me the wrong soup and had to exchange, then they gave my husband the wrong side and he had to exchange it as well. Server didn't ask about the desserts we ordered until we asked for to-go containers. We had a discussion with the Manager Latish (sorry about spelling) and she offered absolutely no resolution to our negative experience. We were both flabbergasted when we received our $133 bill for two adults and two children. When did Chili's become so expensive? Needless to say I would have had a better experience spending $65 at a buffet...will NOT be returning!!!
