The MOST NASTY FOOD I EVER TASTED NOT ONLY THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE. On TOM HILL IN MACON GA BY RIVERSIDE HAVE TO DO BETTER NOT CLEAN NOT WORTH THE 40$ I SPENT NEVER AGAIN. PLACE NOT CLEAN SHOULD FIGURE THAT OUT WHEN I WALK IN THE FOOD WAS GOING TO BE NASTY & TERRIBLE. NOT ONLY THAT THE RICE LOOKED LIKE THAT KEPT IT FROM LAST WEEK & THE MEAT IS DRY LIKE I JUST DON’T UNDERSTAND. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME TRYING CHIPOTLE. BECAUSE I LOVE ME SOME MOES HAS ALWAYS MOES NEVER LET ME DOWN BUT CHIPOTLE DID. NEVER SHOULD HAVE TRY THEM NEVER AGAIN.

This location is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Our meals were simply awful. The rice was wet, the veggies were soggy, and the meat had zero flavor. The only thing this location would be good for is to teach people how NOT to make a burrito. The food was tossed, the $25 wasted. What a joke. Steer clear!

My daughter and a friend were actually refused service yesterday. They were ignored by the workers behind the counter and remarks were made by the same food workers about them wearing scrubs...both my daughter and her friend work at a dental office. Macon has reached an incredible level of filth.

Staff was efficient and polite enough.. However, I can't get through 1/4 of the meal--- the amount of SALT is wild. I have never had guacamole with salt, or definitely not this much salt.

Usually chipotle never steers me wrong but this time I went in and they had no brown rice for 30m and then I received the smallest scoop of rice ever and then I asked for a small amount of sour cream and received the largest amount ever and on top of tha no chips for inside customers but there was some for online such a disgrace

Diamond, Nia and the entire restaurant has an inviting atmosphere and unlike any businesses I've eaten in quite some time. Im going to guess probably correctly that there are many other customers who had the same experience and appreciation for these professional young women. Highly recommend Chipotle on Tom Hill off Arkright.

The dine in space looked like a bomb went off, multiple fountain drinks had no syrup just soda water running through. No lids. Food was cold had no flavor. Ours went in the trash. Take your business elsewhere

I walked in @1:35 pm for a 1:30pm pickup. They were busy looked like folks were enjoying the food. This is the first time I have ever eaten at Chipotle. I was looking forward to this being my new favorite place. I didn’t know there was one in Macon, Ga. I downloaded the app, made an order shortly after 1pm, did a pickup order. When I walked inside to get my order there were other people ordering, 1 person paying, and another picking up. There were no orders on the pick up shelf. Once my turn in line came up for me to ask about my order, every employee either walked away from the counter to the back or the kitchen or turned their back to me, and never acknowledged me standing there. One female employee looked like she was filling online orders with her back to me. She had just taken the payment of 2 different customers and still never asked if I needed help. She also did not wash her hands after handling these customers receipts or the register. I asked if a bag that was sitting on this employee’s station was my pickup order. She immediately turned around snatching at the bag (I had only pointed at my name on this bag) and turned to me screaming that I needed to give my name. I was really taken back with this behavior and gave my name. She shoved the bag at me and turned back away. I walked the order to my car and realized that the order was not complete. I had just downloaded the app today and for doing so I was to receive a complimentary guacamole. It was not in the bag, I ordered 2 flour tortillas to go with my order, they weren’t in the bag. I took the food I was given back inside the store for a refund and received eye rolls, teeth sucking, and mouthiness. A male employee walked from the floor to the counter when I asked for a refund and pointed to a dirty wall where the 1800Chipotle number was displayed The entire time I was in the store (8-12 minutes) the girl preparing the ordered food from the screen never wore a mask and was talking all over the food. I feel sorry for the next customer’s food she was working with. I decided to return the food instead of asking for the items that were missing because I was worried by this point of diseases spitting out of her mouth onto the food while she was yelling and germs from her unwashed hands. Rudeness, nastiness, and total disregard for the customer is why I decided to take this step. 10 people working there never acknowledged me standing at the counter or would even make eye contact. I will make sure I never go back and I will spread my review of negativity because that was the worst experience that I have ever been through in a business, restaurant or otherwise. My refund, they told me would be here in 3-5 business days. They could have done this in store but the manager took the employees side. Unbelievable!

I don't eat here often but if I have an urge, I'm there. Huge fan of the carne asada bowl(shame it's seasonal- should be available always)Mom and I love the food here. Quite filling and fresh. The service is definitely bleh. Most of the employees look unhappy, definitely not service with a smile. Coke in a glass bottle is LIFE(plastic bottles don't taste the same)! If I didn't ask for a bottle opener from the employee who checked me out...I presume she thought I'd open it with my bare hands. There was no plastic cutlery available, I had to ask an employee who was prepping orders for pick up. She told me to grab it from her station but there was none there either. Poor girl looked overwhelmed and annoyed that she had to re-fill it. They should have a rotation for someone to re-fill the station regularly to avoid this situation. It was a Friday night, jam packed with people and orders to be fulfilled a.s.a.p. The tables weren't cleaned and we made due. I can see why people just take it to go. My food was prepared just how I asked, so no complaints there. I go to this location because this is the closest in Macon, there is no other options but in Warner Robins. It's best to come during the week, avoid the rush hours. Not my favorite experience today. Can't win them all.

The food is not nearly as good as it used to be and they have always been rude in there treat you like you're an inconvenience no smiles no greeting no nothing very arrogant.

My burrito was soaking wet, i couldn't eat it. I was so disapointed. Had to throw the whole thing away
The bath4olm doros did not close properly. Tables were dirty, and when I told the manager, nothing was done. All I got was a stare down.
