All time favorite restaurant for lunch. It is one of my go-to places for lunch. It's always fresh and hot no matter what time you get your food. I always try new launches they launch, and it's good in tatse.
Normally I write huge reviews... this place is clean, the staff is always nice and the food always tastes great! It's Chipotle, nothing more to say! Keep up the great work! Thank you

First and for most, the first day i went here this week (on a wednesday) i had to wait two hours and then had to wait for my chips. The second day i went here, it is a Friday, we got our order pretty fast. I was really happy that i got my food until, they forgot one of my bag of chips. Mind you i ordered brown rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream. Do you know what i got? Gauc, corn, tomatoes AND LOTS OF SPINACH (when did yall even hold spinach in y’all’s ingredients list?). My friend might’ve gotten expired sour cream. It tasted horrible. How do you get my 4 ingredient burrito wrong? My friends bowl was NOT filled to the top, it was little and petty. THE CHIP BAG WAS SO LITTLE. So pitiful. There wasn’t even 1/3 of the bag of chips. The staff clearly did not read what ingredients i had picked out. The staff should read the ingredients before putting it into the bowl or burrito in case people might have allergies. This could indeed cause a really bad allergic reaction. I’m super glad that i do not have any allergies. I came home really sad and super upset about my burrito. I really wanted to like my burrito but just could not eat it, wasted $10 on this. Never again.

Run, do not walk, next door to Panda Express! As a fervent aficionado of Chipotle Restaurants, I anticipated sharing the culinary journey with my Uncle during my sojourn to Macon, Georgia. Alas, upon entering around 7 pm, there was no wait in line. The restaurant was not crowded. There seemed to be way too many staffers “ working “ behind the front line. However the sight of empty food trays strewn about immediately caught my attention. The service area, ostensibly intended for customer-facing interactions, appeared unkempt and besmirched. The indifferent demeanor of the attendants, coupled with the manager's apparent lack of concern, manifested in their repeated refrain of "we don’t have that" and "I don’t know" to our inquiries regarding the replenishment of essential ingredients such as veggies, brown rice, and lettuce. We walked out. More importantly, my dismay for the tarnished reputation of Chipotle Restaurants knows no bounds. With numerous relatives residing in the Macon, Georgia vicinity, I can unequivocally affirm that we shall abstain from revisiting this establishment until a complete overhaul of the staff and management is executed. I urge the CEO of Chipotle Restaurants to visit this establishment in plain clothing and explain this horrible customer experience.Vegetarian options: There were none offered or explained to us.Dietary restrictions: None offeredKid-friendliness: HorribleWheelchair accessibility: I am not sure

Always out of everything, grilled veggies, steak chicken ya name unfortunately my kiddo likes chipotle and I have no choice to come here, horrible customer service the workers there never wanna work as soon as u open the door they look at u like why the hell ya here, bad management the manger needs to be replaced. And I don’t wanna be racist but Black people have zero customer service skills and all the workers there are black, including the manager.

This store was a wreck, went in between lunch and dinner rush, they had no cheese, but wanted to charge me for queso. No black beans and no beef. They should have just closed. Worst chipotle I've ever been to, there was no ice in the soda fountain, watched a man wait 15 minutes for ice. Employees smelled like marijuana. I could go on and on, but you couldn't pay me to visit this store again. Look at the rest of my reviews, I've never given a 1, and this place only gets that because you can't register 0 stars.

What has the northside turned into…Wild unprofessional place at night, completely no authority or responsible adult in sight, just careless young ppl no older than early 20s working grunt hours, i didn’t even want to walk in because i just KNEW something was going to go wrong and big surprise, it did. The counter was filthy with ingredients everywhere. The girl who made my burrito wasn’t skilled enough to wrap it so she emptied it on another tortilla, squeezed the sauces out of the old one and wrapped it up like up like it was nothing, just pathetic. And don’t get me started on the Rowdy young dudes loitering and playing with friends who are workers working there, leaning all over the glass and such; just unsanitary, which is said because the place was DIRTY ENOUGH. They also harassed me as i entered the store for absolutely no reason. Idk why Chipotle isn’t taking all of the negative feedback seriously but something needs to be done
